    I was a new customer to Minuteman printing. My first order to them went fine and it was exactly…read morethe way I wanted my stickers to come out. I did get a phone call prior to them running my entire order saying the lettering on the bottom of the sticker was illegible and they would make it bigger so you could read it. That happened on my first , That was great thought everything was handled, and there would not be no issues in the future. I called for my second order a few days later I added two new items provided the PDF files that they required and thought all was well. I did get a call from them to approve the proof. I pulled it up on my phone was able to read it thought everything had been solved in the first order so I didn't give it a second thought. The stickers I needed for the weekend so I called them early in the week so I could pick them up on Friday. It was when I spoke to them Friday morning They said they were busy and may be able to get them done by the end of the day. Well, they got them done by the end of the day. I need the stickers badly so I took them. This is where things went to hell in a handbasket. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction of the print job and the small text, which was completely illegible. I had re-orders of other stickers that I had previously ordered and they were fine. I use the dictation feature on my phone. I dictated the email. I pressed a button thinking. I cleaned up the email and made it sound professional instead for some reason it completely rewrote The email making it sound like I was returning an email signing it with an employee's name which I have no clue how that ever happened, but it did anybody reading this email would have instantly figured uh oh. This is a mistake. I should contact this guy. That's not what happened. Caroline Sweeney the owner of minuteman press at the Ashland location had someone call me making believe they were a district director of Minuteman and asking me about this email that I had no clue that had been messed up. It was my bad I didn't proofread it, but I am a busy person and not on my worst day would I ever try to impersonate somebody especially when I'm doing a business transaction. Business is business. Miss Sweeney did not handle this issue at all in a professional manner not once did she apologize not once did she ask me what I meant she never picked up the phone to try and solve the problem. I am a customer customers do not get treated that way ever. Accusing me of impersonating her employee and when I asked her why she didn't just pick up the phone and call she never answered the question. All my questions to her about how she treats her customers went unanswered she offered no solution to the problem. I've been in business for over 50 years starting when I was very young. I have literally serviced tens of thousands of customers and never once have I disrespected or completely right off a customer. I have always gone above and beyond to make sure my customers were happy. If you are dealing with Miss Sweeney, make sure you have your battle gear on because she has no respect for her customers I give this place and Miss Sweeney a complete and utter thumbs down. Do not use this business. Use one of their other locations instead.

    I came with a rush order for a large canvas; I'm been hunting for a reliable, local printer, and I…read morewas impressed with how quickly MinuteMan responded to my emails--especially when I had a rush order! Sadly, I learned they OUTSOURCE the canvas printing to another, unnamed company. Still, this was important, and they believed they could do a rush order and get the canvas to me in time to ship it via express mail overseas. Also, their quote price was shockingly in my price range! The canvas arrived early!. . .But despite talking extensively with MinuteMan, and adapting my files to ensure no errors with them for their press, there was OBVIOUS BANDING on the piece. Also; The outsourced company, a sign shop that does large scale printing, not only did they send a print with such issues, they mounted my canvas at an angle, making part of the black area appear on the canvas, and part of the image on the sides. There are also staples to the canvas that were not put in properly--They stick out and I learned this by hurting my hand when unboxing it; Since I prepaid, I had someone else pick up my order, and the person I sent was not knowledgeable about printing, or the piece, enough to realize there was an error. These errors all ensured I could not ship the piece the same day, or the next--and wouldn't arrive overseas in time. I am, understandably I hope, very hurt by these results, both to my hand and my career. I was beyond upset from all this, and while I was able to arrange to show in other ways, I decided to contact Minute Man and let them know what happened (In fact, much of this is from the email), thinking I wouldn't hear from them until Monday--and I was expecting to be told 'too bad', as I have met SO MANY print shops that do this. EXCEPT MINUTEMAN. They wrote back ASAP, apologizing, issuing a full refund, and letting me know they would be talking to the company they outsource their canvas through intending to get a refund for MinuteMan's acquiring their services! I know this one time, my print got messed up; But before that, I had customer service so good that, THAT is why I picked this company. One issue with prints of my work is moire, an effect you see when screen tones are printed and someone resizes the picture larger or smaller. The gentleman I worked with, Luke, helped me set up my print file so it was perfectly sized for canvas printing, including letting me send the piece over and letting me know if it looked good on their end: Despite this taking several emails, Luke put in the time, and moire? Was one thing my print DID NOT HAVE. Luke actually helped me set up the file *perfectly*, and frankly, I'm very impressed. I have had a lot of companies give me specifications or a template that still didn't work. Some have even changed their template or requirements listed on their websites after. Luke, however, was able to give me the exact specifications--and they were correct! I'm someone who needs a printer I can trust, and one who is local; I'm looking forward to getting my business cards done here, along with post cards, posters, greeting and holidays cards, notebooks--honestly they print so many things I need that I'm not sure I'll need another print shop. . .ever. They also do apparel, promotional items, and even custom items. I admit, this MinuteMan won me over, because who really wants to wait for their orders to come? With MinuteMan, they might do it fast, but the work they do gives you a smile that lasts. And unlike most print shops? They don't screw you over, are honest, and yes, their service is fast--Usually it's not a good thing to finish so fast, but this Minute Man is one I'm personally committing to; Their my go-to printer from this point on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

KF pumped more color into the final product and sealed it onto an acrylic material that will last another 100 years. Jack helped me choose the right material patiently and delivered finished product and my originals (not damaged or lost!). I can't imagine the details involved in this project - but I'm impressed and grateful. Since my Search delivered Keith Fabry as the only center who could handle my request - I'm relieved. The value for better -than- perfect - is priceless. No complaints. No problems

    While our company is based in CA, we had an event in Richmond, VA and I needed a vertical banner…read moreASAP and was wary to transport one there and back. Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!
