I work remotely for a professional services firm and needed to get a proposal printed and delivered locally (local to the UPS store, not me) the same day. From my first phone call to the final (documented) delivery by one of the store managers, I was impressed by the kindness and willingness to help make it happen! If I lived in the area I'd be glad to go back. But, if I ever have a proposal that needed shipment in nearby MO again, I'll definitely give them a call! I went there to ship a package and emailed them the packing list and had them pack it up for me paid he said I was all good to go and then two weeks went by and the package never got to where it was supposed to go. I called and immediately off the bat The woman I was talking to was giving me attitude. The lady insisted it was my fault and would not even listen to me and just kept cutting me off before I could even finish a sentence to explain the situation . I asked to speak to a manager and she immediately was giving me attitude talking down to me and sticking up for the lady and was just as rude. They ended up finding the package just collecting dust on a shelf because they didn't know where it went... The fact is is that the guy that packed the package for me said I was good to go. I paid and left two weeks later. I called to find out that my package was never sent. It's my fault and I'm the one that gets belittled and talked down to instead of them just saying sorry that they made a mistake. Clearly the manager and this other coworker were friends and had no intention of being a professional with me immediately from the start of the call. I also have proof that the email was sent on the day they boxed it up and forgot to put it on. I tried telling her this and she just interrupted me and said " THAT DOESN'T MATTER!" I asked them if I could email them the shipping address and they could put it on and ship it out for me and immediately they said, "No why should we need to fix your mistake? You're gonna have to come in and get the package yourself." So after being belittled and bullied, they still wouldn't just resolve the situation so I went in. I went in and when I said I was there for the package calmly and respectfully, I was met with rolling eyes and rude demeanour. I asked them if they could please print out the shipping address for me so I could put it on the package and she made me pay for it when I have a receipt that shows I paid weeks before... She didn't care. I never make reviews and I'm a very levelheaded person. I couldn't believe that I was talked to, talked over and yelled at by two girls one being a manager instead of them just trying to fix the problem. I asked for their names and they wouldn't give them to me. I have since been going to the Arnold store and they have been very helpful, friendly and amazing. This UPS store is THE Best UPS store I have dealt with anywhere. They bend over backwards to please the customer. I have had nothing but great customer service from this location. I have a bad habit of needing print work done ASAP and they always come through. The print team is very helpful and VERY talented. read more

Edit: I was having the issue as stated below. After filing my complaint the with the BBB the owner of the store contacted me that day. He was very understanding with my frustration, and explained that Corporate UPS was causing the issues. He had escalated the issue further, but hasn't been able to receive a response from them yet as well. He promised to help me resolve the issue and I really appreciate his help. I had to send a Samsung monitor in for repair, due to issues with it powering itself on and off randomly. Samsung sent me a QR code to take to a UPS store, where they would scan it, then package and ship it for me. Several days after dropping it off I received a call from Samsung saying the monitor was damaged in transport, so it was no longer under warranty. I explained that UPS packaged and shipped it. The Samsung rep issued a claim against UPS and said someone from UPS would contact me in 5-8 business days. After the allotted time with no response, I called Samsung back. Samsung said UPS denied my claim, stating the screen was damaged when I brought it in. This is completely untrue. The Samsung rep said he escalated the claim for further review. I was still denied, so Samsung refuses to fix my $300 monitor unless I pay more. I tried to contact UPS corporate about the claim, but I get stoned-walled by the robot on the phone. At this point, I'm not even sure they have a customer support team. I contacted the actual store to see if I could get the video of when I dropped the monitor off to show the screen wasn't damaged. They said they would get back to me that day which was Friday. I didn't get a response, so I called today on Monday. They said the store owner has taken it to corporate and I'll have to wait till the end of this week before I get a response. I will be extremely surprised if they contact me. I had Samsung send me pictures of the monitor which shows its poor packaging. I filed a complaint with the BBB against both UPS and Samsung. I'm at the end of my rope, and it looks like they are going to screw me out of my $300 monitor plus all the time I've spent with customer support trying to get this fixed. If you ever have UPS package and ship something for you, make sure you take a picture of it before you hand it over! read more

I am reading a lot of complaints about this UPS location and all you do is say you are sorry we are not happy and make excuses for your employees rude behaviour. That is not what I want to hear, evidently, you can use some training as well as your employees. read more

I ship through this store often for home and for work. Their staff is always very friendly and efficient. Often I come at the busier times of the day and it's amazing to see how fast they help the customers in front of me and get my packages shipped quickly and effortlessly. We also use them for our printing needs and are happy with their service there as well. read more

All the employees here have been great with Amazon returns. I went here several time for helping with printing and they are always helpfu.

Had a package delivered to this location after a failed delivery to our new house due to a signature being required and a delivery time of 9:30 am when we are both at work (refuse to take vacation time anymore for deliveries). The person behind the counter refused to release the package to me due to my ID not having the same address on the package. I find it funny that several weeks ago a delivery was attempted by UPS to the house and a neighbor saw the driver walking back to the truck with the package and they ran over and was able to sign for it no questions ask yet I was unable to sign for my package because the address didn't match. The UPS site says that an ID and the original tracking number is all I need to pick up the package but it says nothing about a matching address. Why is the rule different for the drivers vs in the store? Rant over. Nothing can be done about it now because its already on its way back to sender. read more

Every single time I have been in your store the employees are incredibly rude! Everyone there looks miserable and I have never seen one with a smile on their face. Most specifically, Phyllis is the rudest of all. Couldn't act more bothered to simply do her job. She has an attitude with every response. I've waited for several visits before posting a review. Same behavior every time. Clearly you have no interest in customer satisfaction after looking at the years of the same reviews. Any time that I have had a package delivered to this location (because I wasn't going to be home to get it) they look at me like I am crazy when I come to pick it up. They act like it has been such a bother to them that I had my package shipped there. They are rude and like to give nasty looks. I was refused my package once because I left my ID at home. I had my tracking info with me and they said "well you could have stolen someone's phone". I went back the next morning with my ID to get the same package that I was refused the night before and they didn't even ask for my ID only my name. I will NEVER use their location again. read more

Employees are always rude. I had a package scheduled to be delivered at this location to be picked up because i wasn't home when the package was suppose to be delivered at my house and they denied the package and sent it back to the sender. i;ll never use this UPS again. read more

I ship hundreds of packages a year through this location and it's hit or miss. Usually miss. Today I pulled In at 6:26 with a package just needing to be dropped off and the door was already locked. The people inside just stared at me- like how hard would it be to open the door for 20 seconds and scan my package and go. Shows how much they care about their customers ... read more

I stopped into the UPS store this morning to make some copies. Phyllis was very helpful and even made sure I got the non-profit discount which I didn't even know about. I would return to the Festus UPS store next time I need copies or other services. read more

Several months ago we needed to pack and ship a valuable guitar back east. Priscilla at the UPS Store assisted us with both and was terrific. The big Kahuna, UPS mother company, not the UPS Store, screwed up the delivery and it was sent back to the Festus UPS Store. Store personnel did all they could to try to get the shipment to the recipient, but to no avail. I have always been happy with UPS, but this was more than a disappointment because we had spent $115 to pack and ship a package that was not delivered and returned to sender. Again, Priscilla aptly directed us to the appropriate authorities at UPS and we got some satisfaction from them. Then Jim, the UPS Store owner, stepped in, and even though this happened several months ago, he is still trying to get our charges resolved with UPS. I appreciate all the Store has done to make this right. (BTW, we ended up getting the hand-made Puerto Rican guitar repaired in Festus for $30.) read more
