The man in the garage area said I had to go to the office. The office had a note to see the man in the garage. The man in the garage said he couldn't take the items, I would have to wait for someone to be back in the office. The second attempt was also a weekday afternoon. There was a sign on the office door stating they were at lunch and would be back soon. The third time was today, Black Friday. I was afraid they might not be open, so I called. Their machine listed their regular hours and didn't give any holidays. When I got there the gate was locked. Very frustrating trying to do the right thing and having this experience.

We have six, three story, apartment buildings with trash cans designated on each floor and recycling bins in the garage. This company has been so reliable and the men appear to be very hard, dependable workers. They also clean and sanitize our trash cans periodically and are excited to provide that service. Today for the first time ever, our condo management sponsored a shredding service through Always Green. They set up on time and we were not only encouraged to bring any documents that needed shredding, but we could actually watch them being shredded on a small TV screen on their truck.
