Let me explain---I know that my mail comes from here because I stopped in this location once before to send something priority/next day. The woman behind the counter was inappropriate in my opinion as she was inquiring if i rent or own my house and was rather condescending in her tone to me as she let me know straight up that she knew who the previous owners where. I don't really care as it is my house now and really did not care for her acting like she knows my business. So I got a piece of mail last week that looked important as it came from a social service agency and it was hand addressed to some name I haven't seen before and do not recognize as a previous owner. I put one line thru the name and circles the return address and wrote return to sender no such person at address. I am just guessing that is what most of us would do. If I simply put it back in the box they will leave it there as I have tried this before and it has sat for 5 days straight. Moving along in this story......I get a handwritten note stating that they would like me to refrain from defacing the mail....and proceeded to state that they don't think I would appreciate it if somebody did this to my mail......that last part put me right over the edge.....WTF-----???? I say again WTF????-----I am ready to go "postal" on a postal worker.......the nerve of that bitch to try and "parent" me.....really.....this has me seeing RED.....and unfortunately I don't get to choose where my mail is delivered from but I don't have to go to them for other services.....Yeah I'm attaching a picture of the lovely note she put in my box---by the way isn't it a crime to put things in peoples mailboxes if it isn't mail????

Do not use this post office if you are handicapped. It is an old building with multiple steps to…read moreaccess the front door. It looks completely inaccessible for someone with a walker or wheelchair. However, I did find that if you go along the right side of the building, you can get to a ramp, but then you have to walk a long way to get around to the doors. I never would have found that access (it isn't marked on the front of the building) if I didn't need to turn my van around. I haven't been in this building since before I had mobility issues. But every time my husband gets back in the car after picking up a package or whatever, he's alway mumbling "Idiots!" or "Still idiots" when he gets back in the car. So, I'm guessing the customer service has not improved since the previous review.

We are so glad to have called Tidy Bug for our dumpster…read more Their pricing is refreshingly affordable and the customer service has been beyond compare. Now advancing in years, we've long planned of getting to this major whole house clean-out to save family the eventual burden but those well laid plans were completely derailed by serious illness shortly after the dumpster arrived. With no man-sized "muscle" available to continue the heavy lifting. I've needed to call for several extensions to accommodate my petite lady-size trips to the dumpster. Each call was personally answered or returned by Dave (Tidy Bug owner) who has been a most helpful and supportive voice on the other end of tbe phone while working with me to allow more time to keep filling the dumpster before coming to haul it away. This has been an incredible relief to us in a stressful time as we've needed to rely on the good will and limited schedules of others. The dumpster still isn't full, but after a few more days we hope to finally be rid of years of old furniture, worn out patio fixtures and the rest of the clutter we'd so hate to leave behind. Lastly, I'd like to express my appreciation for the kindness and mood-lift I felt each time when ending a call with Dave. This is a hands-on business owned and operated by a kind man who genuinely follows through in keeping his commitment to service and excellence while providing a valuable service to his community. Drop off was timely and impeccable with Randy calling ahead to announce his time of arrival. He was most helpful and patient in seeing the dumpster would be situated on the driveway with easiest access to the wide opening door. Thanks to you too Randy!

He does not want to pay the earnings tax or deal with permits. After finding out his attitude towards new business or ethics, he went on to tell me how I won't be able to find anyone to do the work or will be able to find any materials. I'd rather not deal with anyone who has such a negative attitude. Home Depot should not refer people who do not want to work in the City, or abide by the local laws.
