I would not give any stars to this business in Evergreen if that were an option. My advice would be…read moreto steer clear of this place and, if you have no choice but to use their services, to expect poor customer service and to be faced with real attitude from the staff. The man in charge of the place is extremely rude and lacks any skills in customer service. Without detailing the unpleasant experiences I have had each time I picked up my packages, let the record show that I will travel longer distances for the same services elsewhere. I'm guessing that the owner thinks he/she has a captive market in this small town and doesn't feel inclined to be civil to customers or to even try to be honest about delivery and shipping issues, mistakes that his staff has made or to try to locate missing items.

If you live in Golden, do not get anything delivered by FedEx. The drivers out of this "Station"…read moreregularly skip making deliveries that require signatures, saying you weren't there, so they don't have to get out of the truck. I stay awake for hours (I work graveyard) waiting to sign for my refrigerated medicine, just to get a text saying the delivery was attempted. I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend. If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you. Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.

I was told no service available from Craters and Freighters for a location about 60 minutes from the Hudson, MA location. Asked for referral to another business that could handle if they were not able to manage picking up from that far. Email was ignored with no response or help. I've used C&F before 2020 and they were great to work with, but I think like most businesses now, customer service is getting worse and worse. I probably would have spent $2K at least on my shipping needs again with C&F but it's clear they don't want to bother with having me as a repeat customer!

To: Craters and Freighters Special Folks in Garland TX - Don, Tony, Ashley, Mimi, Juan, Renan -…read more Just a note of sincere thanks to each of you for your professionalism and kindness in the past three weeks. C&F should be so proud of each of you. You changed this customer's experiences with moving companies from very negative to more than positive. The thought of moving a family heirloom (85 year old baby grand piano) created much anxiety. The entire process, from Don's fair quote and answering my many concerns and questions; to Tony's, Juan's, and Renan's careful and professional packing and loading; to Ashley's and Mimi's reliable and continuous communications; ALL contributed to a more than satisfied customer. Each of you are commended on your inter-personal skills and it's a rare pleasure to do business with such a customer-oriented total organization. You can bet when the need arises - I shall return! Most sincerely, David J. Bodenstedt Plano, Texas
