The man in charge of the place is extremely rude and lacks any skills in customer service. I'm guessing that the owner thinks he/she has a captive market in this small town and doesn't feel inclined to be civil to customers or to even try to be honest about delivery and shipping issues, mistakes that his staff has made or to try to locate missing items.

I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend. If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you. Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.

I walk in, ask for a priority…read moremail envelope, there is only one size for that, they insist on packing my items and refuse to give me an envelope. I have never been so off put by a business. I would rather wait in line for an hour at the post office. Why in the name of COVID would I want a stranger packing my mail? Why couldn't they just give me the USPS priority envelope so I could pay them to mail it? The world may never know.

I was told no service available from Craters and Freighters for a location about 60 minutes from the Hudson, MA location. Asked for referral to another business that could handle if they were not able to manage picking up from that far. Email was ignored with no response or help. I've used C&F before 2020 and they were great to work with, but I think like most businesses now, customer service is getting worse and worse. I probably would have spent $2K at least on my shipping needs again with C&F but it's clear they don't want to bother with having me as a repeat customer!

They simply moved to a location with much better parking and a considerably more spacious building. It's right next to the Garlic Knot and just north of Red Robin in the same parking lot.
