Package delivered date and details

Would like to give a good review, they seem very busy here and ship out alot of packages. But I was unable to receive my package that was shipped there, it was received 7/12/24 and they claimed it wasn't there at the store on 7/15/24. Here is my email showing date of delivery. I'm confused and upset. If the staff here could give the minimal explanation as to what happened: should I wait? Is there a problem? They are the shipping company store, they know more than me, a simple reason or explanation would help me. They got so defensive when I came in on Friday morning, I guess it was too early to expect delivery, but Monday, no reason. Just defensiveness. I don't know if it's past experience with angry customers or lack of care, it's unclear. I'm sorry, but I won't use this store to ship my items either, I'm not assured of them actually getting packages out to ship either

If you wanted 2 days off they would probably let you go. I don't know how a company gets away with this. I was hired by a staffing service but still it's the company itself that puts down the specifics. I worked 12-hour days for 2 weeks and I couldn't do it anymore and I'm a hard working not the least bit afraid of working hard but that is just insanity!!! If you see a job posting where it says production make $2,000 a week don't even bother doing it unless you want to be exhausted and treated like crap.

Shame on you, KH Print! Just Say Yes? Improving the consumer experience? You should review what it…read moreis to be a vendor. It's to serve your clients. As a professinal graphic designer for 4 years I have worked with some of the country's leading print houses and have a distinguished list of clients. The art department of KH Print, if they can be called an art department (based on the designs I've seen them compile and based on their horrid website) not only argued with me about my design, when I thought I had done enough due diligence to explain why my design what it was, and submitted my file for print, they moved forward with changing the design! Of course I caught it on the proof! Any experienced designer knows this is an enormous faux-pas on the part of a printer. I would gladly take my business to any of the other offset printers hungry for business during this slow time, alas, my hands are tied by my client. But be sure I will never use you for any of my other clients, I will not be recommending you, and I will take the opportunity to proactively speak against your business. Get your role right -- you're a vendor, I am the client.

Hello, I've had wonderful experiences with FedEx nearly every time.! I missed a delivery and needed…read moreto look up the address to pick up the package and noticed they have very bad reviews. This really surprised me as I ship very expensive, non-replaceable items many times every month AND I NEVER HAVE HAD AN ISSUE! Thank-you FEDEX and all your hard workers for always doing such a great job! I always ship my packages 2nd day w/ signature and insure it for its value up to 3000.00 dollars. If it's over 3k I feel like it makes the package very tempting for theft so I never show its value over 3 thousand. I may be crazy but I believe the 2nd day insured shipments get special treatment. I've used this strategy from day 1 and as I stated before, I've never had an issue!! I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank FedEx for all the successful deliveries! Keep up the great work! From what I've been hearing in our community FedEx is quickly becoming the standard in hi-end shipping! Thanks again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I see that a package is being shipped…read morethrough FedEx, I brace myself for problems -- and like clockwork, they never fail to disappoint. Their delivery drivers repeatedly mark packages as "delivery attempted" without ever trying -- no knock, no call, no ring at the callbox, nothing. I've been home all day waiting for deliveries only to find a "missed delivery" slip on my door. My apartment complex even allows drivers to leave packages at the front office or get lobby access to deliver directly to units, yet FedEx consistently ignores these options. It's painfully obvious that many of their drivers just don't bother to attempt delivery when they're behind schedule -- they'd rather click a button and move on. I've contacted FedEx multiple times, and while customer service agents are polite, nothing changes. Meanwhile, UPS and even USPS manage to deliver to the exact same location without any issue -- every single time. At this point, FedEx is the definition of unreliability. If you want your packages delayed, lost, or falsely marked as undeliverable, use FedEx. If you actually want your items delivered, go with UPS or anyone else.
