As a nonprofit organization, quality, professionalism, and timely delivery are extremely important to us--Underground Printing delivered on all fronts. We ordered the UV Dry Mesh Polos mainly in burgundy but also ordered some extra additional colors with our round logo for our new employees. In addition, we ordered the Navy Heather pullovers and jackets, which were amazing, and we used our horizontal logo. Our order had multiple products and colors and logos. Their customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the products exceeded our expectations. Their communication was impeccable throughout the entire process. They accommodated multiple product types and two different logos with ease, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring our order arrived in time for our company Christmas party. I worked directly with Brian Rasinski, who has been outstanding from the very beginning. He helped set up our account, guided us through the ordering process, and responded promptly and thoroughly to all of our questions. I highly recommend Underground Printing to any business or organization looking for high-quality merchandise and top-notch customer service. They truly made this process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.

They even helped me format my files so they would print perfectly onto the circular dvd labels. They did the work themselves, said it might cost like 20 dollars, but only ended up costing 7 so bonus for that! These guys are really good and what they do and was very happy about the outcome. I did notice a lot of reviews talking about the really long lines of northwestern kids getting course packets but it seems they have taken care of that by having a separate line for course packets so I didn't have to wait through all that. Lastly, they also bound a big script for me and the Binding was really well done and cheap as well.

Also known as "carbon copy" which I learned is an outdated term. Much like the copy paper which is increasingly harder to find. I was on a deadline and luckily found this shop. Placed an order by phone and then stopped in for a conversation to make sure they and I, were on the same "page." Twenty or so minutes later I left with copies in hand. For those needing services in copy & printing, it's an alternate to the chain copy shops like FedEx Kinkos. BTW, most in city Kinkos locations do not carry "carbon paper" or it's newer term carbon less copy or NCR paper. **Those needing paper leases, they can take care of that job.

First, I couldn't find a box small enough to ship my books, and finally found a good-sized shoebox. I spent about 15 minutes taping it up really well so the books wouldn't fall out during transit... Then I stopped by a Fedex drop-box location close to my apartment, only to find out upon arriving that they do not accept Fedex Ground packages... Frustrated, I go back home and it just so happens that my friend could give me a ride on the way to pick up his friend to this location... Upon arriving at the center, I'm told that I cannot use a shoebox to ship items. Heart sinks. But then I'm told I can buy an envelope for only a few bucks, so I run over and grab one. I'm flustered by this point, and after stuffing my textbooks into the envelope, I seal it without putting in the packing slip (why am I so awesome). Instead of being frustrated with me, the two ladies helping me out instead open the envelope, put in the packing slip, and then help me tape it up. Then, as I go to try and remove the shipping label I had basically taped a hundred times over to the top of the shoebox, one of the ladies graciously just takes the entire box to the copy machine so I don't have to untangle the impossible mess... She makes the copy, and then realizes that my printer had printed the label too lightly, and the scanners could not read the barcode. At this point, I'm about to give up - then the ladies offer to have me email over the shipping label, and they print it out for me. And they did all this with a smile. THESE LADIES WERE ABSOLUTE ANGELS. I wish I knew their names, but I do know that they were working at this location on Friday, May 23 at around 4:30PM!! Someone go give them a raise or something.
