My experience at this location was dismal: a rude: what is this for? whose signature is this? you need to print it out again and sign in front of me, was all I got. I complied. Than it was refused to be notarized because the form had me as a co-owner with the other co-owner not present. REFUSED! I went to another UPS store that simply annotated that the notary was for my signature only. No problem whatsoever. This UPS store is on base, next to the PX, serving our military and their families. The hinge on my lap top popped out---been no problem because I leave the lap top open on my desk…read more However, over time the hinge had spread more and this morning I could not plug in the charging cord---the holes would not meet up. Took the lap top into Office Depot, Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA. Otis was anxious to help me. He said that I would need a replacement part but it was not available in the store. He searched online for a while but had no luck finding the part. He took my contact info and said he would continue searching and would give me a call. About 2 hours later Otis called. Said he could not find the part, but that he had talked with another tech member who thought he might be able to fix my problem. I went back to the store and Rob fixed it!! Took about 10 minutes to unscrew all the screws but after that he was able to put hinge back in place, screw lap top back together and the charge cord plugs right in! I am so happy! Both guys went over and beyond to help me. Thanks for making my day great!!
