They will literally push down on your package to see if they can collapses it so that they can say it's not packed enough and they need to bubble wrap or fill it so its "strong". It's a scam that they continue to play. El Paso needs some additional fed ex ship centers without all the terrible business practices like this one.

Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I wanted to be able to design my own cover and have it nicely laminated so that the edges wouldn't be so sharp every time I pulled the books out of my backpack.
