I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I provided them with colored cardstock pages, and they laminated the sheets to be used as the front and back covers of the booklets. The final product was flawless! I am so happy I came here, because I know many copy/printing companies have a standard clear plastic page that they put at the front. I wanted to be able to design my own cover and have it nicely laminated so that the edges wouldn't be so sharp every time I pulled the books out of my backpack. For $17, I was able to get the exact result I was looking for. Even better was the fact that the spirals were custom-sized and unique for the large and small booklets. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies?
