    Check your receipt that the tracking numbers are what you have and they scanned into the system. Friendly at the counter.

    Having a package that has to pass through this place is just asking for it to be stolen. Why would…read moreyou deliver an empty box into my locker? They stole the items crushed the box taped over it and then relabeled it. When you call about the stolen goods you get the run around for weeks with no solutions waste of time. I had to fight myself to not…read moregive it a 1-star rating because of a black gentleman who works in this location and who showed a rare trait of being helpful and compassionate. Here goes the detailed review: Reached this place around seven in the evening and was held at two desks with really slow gentlemen. We still held our patience and finally reached the desk where we were informed that we had to fill out an additional customs form because this shipment was being sent overseas (all good so far). We consulted our colleague who had sent such shipments multiple times and she informed us that this is usually done by the FedEx agents and then can help you but the gentleman at counter 2 would not deter at all and forced us to fill out the form. We had to forfeit the line and fill it out and then get back in line (By this time it was 7.30 and the place closes at 8.15 pm) After we filled out the form, we went to counter 3 since counter two was busy and handed him the form. This person placed the form facing down and did not even look at the form and he said he would take care of everything. We re-confirmed and he confirmed that he does not need this form and he can fill it out on the internal website. (Stared at counter 2 rep and continued). We were very grateful to him but I guess it was too early to judge. He asked why we did not print the label at home and we mentioned we were in a hurry. At this point he gave us totally unnecessary information - "you know you would be charged 20% extra since you are wasting my time to fill out this form and print out the label". - These exact words. We were dumbstruck but were getting late so continued there somehow. Next, he could not upload the information. I gently asked if he could retry. He replied - "Hello, I have already tried 18 times and now it's 20. Try counter 1." With the clock at 7.50, we went to counter 1 where we were greeted with a smile. No requirement for the customs form as he helped to fill in the details and we were done in 10 min. He was so helpful and cheerful throughout the process. I wish I knew his name and would definitely write it here. The black gentleman is the only reason I am giving this horrible place with morose service a two-star and not a 1-star review. I hope I never have to go there again!

    Plenty of parking by the shipping store (also right next to Kroger so pretty convenient!). Service…read morewas fast and the owner took the time to give me options on the cost/estimated duration on how long my package would take to get to Seattle. Aside from the typical shipping, packing, copying, printing and mailbox services, I noticed you can also get your passport picture taken here! Plus they offer laminating and notary. There was even some blocks to keep the kids entertained/distracted.

    I went to inquire as to why a package I paid to be shipped on February 1 is being transported…read morebetween a few of the same facilities, in a circle, and has not left Suwanee... although it was supposed to arrive at the location in 3 to 5 days. The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
