Ordered a white comforter and received a brown one from Amazon so I went to return it.. originally came in a vacuum bag but of course I opened it..so carried it into the store all puffed up and unfolded in a tiny box. Told Alfonso I didn't wanna pay a dime since it wasn't my mistake. So he rose to the challenge and we started folding up this huge comforter in the middle of the store. A customer watched in disbelief as we folded it tighter and smashed it in the box. He then got on top of the box pushing all of the air out. Just opened 3 weeks ago on the southeast corner of Sierra Vista Mall by a very nice couple. Coupon in store $2 off when they pack one package and $5 off when they pack 2 packages. They offer notary services. Afraid of porch pirates, they offer free pickup through UPS My Choice and $5 fee for other options. You need to call and ask. She wouldn't respond and when the customer she was helping stated he had 8 forms to be notarized, she began to complain to him that he had 8 forms. Ok so these guys wanted to charge me 200$ to ship a 4 pound package to Canada which is completely unreasonable, especially when I was able to use the UPS App to schedule a pickup and delivery for 53$ which is expensive but at a steep discount compared to the price I was quoted on which is suspicious to me, however Sams mail call was going to charge 170$ which i though was too expensive also. Anyways I don't trust this store any longer after this experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS website or app and print the label up yourself , you can even schedule a pickup which saves you time and money. read more

I have a Notary Business so I have a mailbox at this UPS location. When I signed up last March the Associate at the UPS store told me they would notify me every time I received mail. NEVER HAPPENED!! I complained and they double check my email and reassured me next time I will received a notification. That was 4 months ago. Recently, My brother sent me a FEDEX package to my mailbox and text me the tracking. I saw that it was delivered to the UPS and an associate signed for it but they didn't notify me. At the UPS store and the Associate tried to tell me that they didn't receive my package. When I showed her the tracking and who signed for it, She then went to look for the package and found it laying in the back and NOBODY checked it in. She tried to deflected and said sometimes the FED EX Driver drop off the package without telling them and sign their name on it. I said that is illegal and nobody should be signing your name if they didn't give you the package. Also, they charged me a Fee to drop off an Amazon package, I explained that I already a have a prepaid label on there but they still needed the fee to send it. You got be kidding me, I will change my mailbox once my months is over. read more

This is a new store but I know it will be a neighborhood staple. Alfonso along with the rest of the staff were great in helping my fiancé and I with our wedding invitations - they turned out better that what we imagined. First time I was at this store and the girl wasn't very patient. I was trying to get my account number and gave her my account number but she said it was the correct one. ATT uses that number as our account number. She couldn't find it after a few tries. She wasn't very personable and gave me the look like I was wasting her time. Wow - had this store ship a set of china from CA to FL and every piece arrived in perfect condition. I could not believe it. Friendly service from employees who were reassuring (even though I was skeptical). I even returned this store to ship a few more pieces and was greeted by the same friendly faces who recognized me (one of the workers recognized the china pattern two months later - can you believe that?).
