I have been to this store twice since and both times I've had horrible customer service from their millennial self righteous employees. Tall dorky looking red head was upset for their mistakes which he could not figure out how they lost my package and today as I tried to ship a package, a little fat girl denise was upset at me for having her measure my box again since she is definitely not a math major. Left with my package and went and paid less at FEDEX across the street where customer service is amazing. Never will go to this location again! read more

I have a business box in this store and come almost daily. The owners and employees are very friendly and work hard to take care of everyone. Like with any business, there are times when they get backed up at the counter or mistakes are made (like getting someone else's mail), but they are always working hard to get things right. I recommend this location to anyone looking to setup a business address. The location has very easy access for getting off I-205 and back on. Due to curb cuts, the location is not as good if you need to go east on Sunnyside Road. However, I fix this problem by looping around the back of the building and exiting by the A&W. read more

My experience with the store has always been positive. They have always been friendly and helpful. A nice feature with their mailbox rentals is that you can get text messages when a package arrives. Plus, they are open on Sunday's and they are in a convenient location. read more

The store, staff, all the supplies; everything is always top drawer! Staff offers great suggestions for easier package shipment, and they always do a great job with everything I have to send. It's also a terrific copy center, supply center, and a place to order printed materials including business cards. One major improvement would be to refund monies paid for shipping (overseas) when a package does not get shipped!!!

Apparently I am not alone, having a bad experience with this UPS store. After my husband passed away, I shipped 9 items from Portland to Atlanta. I initially filed 3 claims for damages and 2 of the 3 were denied. Of course, I reached out to the store which did take several attempts before reaching Marie. I just opened one of the other boxes and found both pieces of artwork damaged. I tried to submit a claim and received a 'not eligible' message. Again, I reached out to store owner, Marie. I didn't hear back and contacted again after 2 weeks. She told me she contacted UPS and the package is not eligible because 9 months has passed. I'd been a bit busy processing the death of my husband, though I am pretty sure no one from the store told me or the 3 other people helping me, you only have 9 months to file. So, I contacted a supervisor at UPS. Although I was told no guarantees, they would make an exception due to my circumstance and took my claim information for review. It was also denied for insufficient packing and the box did not meet specifications for the weight. If you're still reading...we bought the box at this UPS store! If for some reason you have to do business here, get ALL of the details regarding the guidelines and specifics or UPS won't be liable for anything. I paid over $900 in shipping plus the cost of materials to end up with a lot of shattered goods. I am grateful I have memories! read more

I have been using this store for at least 6 years & absolutely them. It's nice to be greeted with your name all the time and a friendly hello. I have huge amounts of mail because I travel a lot and they're always kind enough to go over and beyond the call of duty to keep it in a separate basket for when I return. I checked online and it said the UPS Store was open till 7pm. I got there at 6:30. I tried opening the door, and it was not opening. I was confused because I saw other customers in there, so I tried opening it again. The worker in long brown hair ( a woman ) made a knife motion across her throat and yelled they were closed then kind of laughed / smiled to her coworker. The customers were more sympathetic than the employees looking at me. I drove around till I found FedEx which end up being close by. They were open, and very helpful! Paid for items to be shipped and packed in box. They did not pack it correctly. UPS loses contents and denies insurance claim for box contents. Im out of shipping charges too. It is a $100 mistake that no one wants to make. Store says not their problem and its UPS. Finger pointing and playing denial games. Terrible customer service!! No shipping services rendered, lost contents not covered by insurance. UPS and UPS store are companies no one should do business with. read more

I called in this afternoon at 4:30 pm to this store, and asked them what the latest time i could drop off an overnight to Vancouver, WA . . I was told 5:45 pm . . i was glad to hear that, and headed down there to drop off a prepaid mailer envelope . . when i got there, they told me that the deadline was 4:45 pm, but then they told me that since it was just across the river, it would still make it . . I gave them the prepaid mailer envelope, but realized that the label provided by the intended recipient (a Vancouver title company) was backwards -- it was going to be sent to my home, instead of the intended recipient's Vancouver offices . . so, the Vancouver company faxed a corrected label to this UPS store . . then, since i didn't have money with me, the manager at the UPS store decided that rather than provide the correct label so that i could in fact o/n mail the docs, they would not do so since i didn't have $1.50 to pay for the corrected label that came via fax . . so, they end up with no revenue, and i end up totally unhappy . . if this 'pay $1.50 for the fax or we won't provide you with the label' represents their management philosophy, then their management philosophy is nonsense and foolishness . . I typically go to this store about once a week; I will find another alternative . . read more
