I've forgotten to renew on time a few times and they were incredibly nice and helpful. I drop packages off for my small business and they are always very kind and upbeat. When I come in they great me by name and will ask how I am or how business is going. I don't often receive mail as it's mainly for return address but if I do happen to get something they always let me know since I don't ever check the box since I'm never expecting anything. They've never made me feel like an inconvenience or that I was taking up their time. If anything they've gone above and beyond with customer service and making me feel welcome. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.

But I did find out there's multiple websites where the cluster boxes could be purchased and installed within 2 weeks???. I don't get it... The service at the actual place though is somewhat decent. More than half the time I get other random peoples mail, the door says they close at 1:30pm but Apple Maps says 2pm, packages will say delivered but then aren't there. A short while later, I visited the UPS store a mile away. The calm clerk helped us print out s new form and then notarized it for us. Then we had it sent certified mail. She was helpful.
