When a friend who was house sitting experienced a medical emergency in our home, the incident involved a massive discharge of blood throughout the bedroom. Our friend was taken to emergency but the house was left unattended for several days and we returned to an overwhelming and grisly scene. Rapid Response was there within one hour taking care of everything and left us with such a feeling of relief and peace it is hard to express our gratitude. Their compassion and understanding were amazing and their thoughtful care in helping us decide what could be salvaged was both touching and gracious. Thank you Rapid Response for being there in the worst of times to help us recover and move on.

Does this guy really need another 5-star review?…read more OK. The first thing I would like to mention is that Alex is the king of communication. I contacted him here through Yelp. He replied within 30 minutes and he came over the next day to give me a bid on doing the work and set up a time. On pick-up day he couldn't make it; I am pretty sure he simply over-booked himself, but again, he was very good about communication and was also accommodating about it. Since I wasn't in a rush we simply set a new time. Pick-up day went smoothly. He came with a guy named Simon and they moved stuff out pretty quickly. At one point I also had a convo with Alex. He is very fun to talk to -has an engaging personality. But oh oops!--between the time we made the first date, and pick-up day, I added a bunch of stuff to my pile and he couldn't fit it all in! He said he would go to the dump and that Simon would return the following morning to get the remaining things. And now comes the payment part, right? Because many of us have learned from experience that it often backfires on us when we go on ahead and pay for a job that isn't finished. I decided to take him at his word -I made the splurge and paid him for the whole job. So. Did Simon return the next morning as promised? If you're confused about that, check out the number of stars in this review. And not only was Simon here bright and early, he also took a few extra items. But ssshhhhh!!! Don't tell Alex!

Was at the top end of his estimate due to the weight of my materials, but even then was still the best rate that I was quoted (and it was heavy, so was totally expecting to pay the upper end of the estimate). I would certainly recommend this company and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and treated with respect. I've had them help me move with my own truck as well as with their company trucks and every time they move my items with care and have very reasonable prices for the services provided. On my last move, there was a scheduling error by the company in regards to the time the movers would arrive.... Since it was the same day, but just a different time slot it was no big deal (my total move was a small 2 hour job). Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control the movers ended up sitting in traffic for an extra 50 minutes because of an accident on the freeway. I mentioned it to the movers and they got the time adjustment/price difference approved by the manager, because they agreed it wouldn't be fair or right for them to charge me extra for time spent sitting in traffic when my original "move time" was scheduled for way earlier to avoid rush hour traffic. Easy to do business with. 100% still recommended.

Over the years we have face about every possible computer problem known to man and these guys had us back up and running about as fast as you can. I can't say it was instantaneous as we have had some bad self-induced computer problems but TOPs is an all you can eat program meaning we pay one price and they fix everything. I reminded them that I had program data on my C-drive that needed to be saved. But they did not make a backup and wiped out all the information I needed to have saved. The apology I received was "We are very sorry, but at least we learned something from this." And now - and this is important for everyone - since they gave me a new operating system, they made it so I cannot install anything without administrative permissions. As a CPA working with tax and accounting software that update often, this is ridiculous. Right now I have to update my accounting software. By the time I got my boss to drop what he's doing and come to my office to enter the admin password, the accounting software said I aborted the install. So do it all over again, but the accounting software is not very patient and now by the time it's ready to install the updates, my boss is back in his office and here we go again. I've been told that this is something ATS will do on all their clients' computers when they get new computers or setups. Beware CPA firms. You will be wasting two people's billable time just to be able to install required updates on your software if you use this company. Maybe they are all like this. Hopefully our firm will find another IT company soon! Because this is ridiculous.
