This store is quite large and new. Located in the Sunnyside Plaza, it's got a decent size parking lot. There are also a few 10-minute spots right out front if you're just stopping in. I primarily use the store for printing. The print and go option they offer is easy to use. Black and white printing is significantly more affordable than color. But printing on my own is more affordable than having employee help. I haven't interacted much with staff, but my few interactions have been fine. I've also seen them help folks carry packages or hold open doors. It's never been too busy. read more

Great UPS store. I've had a private box here for a few years and continue to because I really appreciate this place. The guys are always kind and help me with whatever I need. I've gotten handfuls of packages here and they've all been cared for and they never bat an eye no matter how many I'm picking up. Warning--this UPS Store charges a fairly exorbitant fee to simply print out a mailing label for an Amazon return. And they're pretty snarky about it it too. Which is ridiculous because Amazon pays them for returns, it's almost zero work for them and there is no printer on the PLANET that costs $2.20 to print out a half page shipping label. The UPS Stores at 82nd and Powell and 102nd and Halsey are much more courteous AND don't charge for shipping labels. Adjust your visits accordingly! read more

Super helpful!!! Kyle was awesome... This is one of the locations that is open on Sundays! They understood the Amazon return process perfectly and even told me not to give them a package before talking with Amazon to confirm because he was concerned they wouldn't give me the full refund and say they only got one thing. This Store open to the public does not wear masks. I called the mgr and asked why. I was told that they leave it up to the staff to wear or not. So how do you know you're not spreading the virus? I would not do business with anyone that cannot be socially responsible. read more

Not a fan of this UPS store. They charge $2.15 to print 1 paper. Fed ex and any other store charges 10 cents a sheet. The guy was super condescending as well. Would not recommend. read more

Poor experience from this UPS store from both the two employees and Marie Jensen the owner. Refused to accept my prepackaged Amazon return and wanted to force me to buy packing material from them. This was my first visit and will be my only visit to this location. There are better ups stores out there. Use them instead of this one. read more

This UPS store used to be my absolute go to. Especially for Amazon returns. Last two visits I've dealt with a tall young woman who constantly tries to upsell. Items other people never blinked about suddenly need shrink wrapping or extra printed labels. It is unpleasant having to feel dread at the possibility of dealing with her when I go there now. I visit this store frequently and have a P.O. Box there. The staff is friendly and professional. For many years my wife ran an export shipping business making it possible for me to more fully appreciate Marie's consistent efforts to serve her customers well especially given the unusual shipping conditions in recent times. This place is overpriced and I have witnessed first hand associates being careless with customers packages. I advise anyone with fragile items / family heirlooms to go somewhere else or package it yourself (really really well). I worked here for a short period and was really unsatisfied with the lack of respect the store owner and associates had for people's goods. P.S the weight and dimensions of your package is what determines how much you will spend in shipping, if you let them package it they will purposefully package in too large a box and will charge you way too much for packaging supplies. Also, ask for all the shipping options.. otherwise they'll just give you the most expensive option. This is how I was trained to ship/package for customers while working here. Most of the employees are kind and patient but my goodness look out if you get a bad one. Greet me when I come in and ask nicely for me to remember my mask. I have no problem putting a mask on sometimes I forget. I may be holding a small child. But for that to be the first thing you yell at me is just unacceptable. read more

The Clackamas UPS Store employees are great. They are very patient and always helpful. I have been using this location for the last several years and have always been treated well. They process and sort a huge volume of mail and packages and have always processed my items with care. Yes, the prices may be more expensive than the post office, but you won't find the same customer service and first-name friendliness elsewhere. read more

Living in a city where you move frequently means that i need a place that is consistent to have my items shipped. UPS offers me that peace of mind. It is also nice knowing that my deliveries are protected and not have to worry about someone stealing from my front porch. I am beyond disappointed in the sad excuse of a store. Been going back and forth for months regarding a package, which I paid over $200 for express shipping weighing only 2 lbs. I would give them 0/5. The employees are rude, the manager is NEVER there. No one returns phone calls. I've called several other UPS stores in the area, which have all said that this store is seriously messing up and someone isn't doing their job. I'm in shock by the lack of customer service. Basically, saying it's my fault the package was delivered to the wrong COUNTRY. Got held up by the government, which was a complete lie because the tracking number says it's in an entirely different country. You've been warned. I will NEVER ship from this train wreck of a store again. Wish I would have read the other reviews first, people are spot on when they say they don't care about the customer or the package! Update: Another month later. Still nothing solved, and it is my fault the package was shipped to the wrong country. I will never ship from this store again and have warned several friends in the area to take business else where. I feel bad for these employees with all the terrible reviews, but someone needs to figure this out. Do your job, and have some customer service. I had a shipment of a collectible statue that was going to California. I paid for a UPS, box, UPS packing services and additional box padding, and bought $500 of insurance on a $700 ebay sale. I paid almost $100 for all services and left the statue for them to pack and ship. The shipment was damaged in shipment my customer let us know immediately and UPS claims had him send over 20 pictures, Abi the store manager also requested them. This was end of July. By the end of August Abi asked me for proof of value witch I provided. I have not received payment, nor does the store even attempt to communicate with me for any updates. I have asked twice and get thanks for your patience. I even filed a BBB complaint that they have not responded to that either. Bottom line not very professional or trustworthy business operators. Don't trust your shipments with them. read more

What really upsets me is when there is a problem, the business attempts to deflect the blame onto the customer. That's what happened at this store this morning. I went in on a Wednesday to send a pkg via UPS. I was unable to track the number. I called and left detailed message. After over 2 hours, I went in to see where the pkg was. I learned that the clerk who waited on me sent it USPS. End result, a pkg that was suppose to be delivered yesterday didn't happen. If I had wanted to mail it USPS, I would have gone to the Post Office. Ultimately there is nothing I can do. The manager on site today was less than concerned about a customer and I doubt anyone there learned anything from this. I sure did tho. Forget using them. Had the manager acknowledged my frustration at the start, things might have turned out differently and my review could have been hugely affected. read more

Went in today to send out a pretty good size parcel, a $70.00 shipping cost. I wasn't too comfortable with my tape job and asked the lady working there her professional opinion on if my packaging would hold. Instead of her maybe re-enforcing it with a little tape of her own or just saying I should re pack it all together, she was very, very snotty saying "that's not the way I would have pack it" took my money and set the damn box on the floor using her foot to move it out of her way. Oh wow where do I begin! I don't want to blame the ill trained staff at this location. We attempted to send a package over 2 months ago thru this store. The employee said it would not be a problem, and didn't ask for a phone number. Fast forward 2 months... I tried to email the company I was returning to, and the owner of this store. The company didn't receive the package and the owner of this store didn't email me back. So I called the store yesterday and the first employee had no record of my package, so the told me to call DHL. I called DHL, who sent me back to this store. When I called back they said they were just about to call me... ya right! They said the package had been sitting in their store since I dropped it off in January! They didn't have a phone number so they didn't call (which is another issue... why wouldn't they get a phone number if they thought there might be a problem). When I questioned why they couldn't have sent a postcard of something to alert me that my package was still sitting at their store I was met with silence... apparently a novel concept to provide customer service. Then the owner called! OH BOY! What a passive aggressive lady! She tried to reverse the blame on to me. She tried to make this my problem, then the company I was shipping to, then my husband who dropped off the package. After a very frustrating conversation lasting 10 minutes with this woman (who clearly does not know how to run a business) I let her know I would be writing a review on YELP and would be contacting UPS. I will NEVER go to this store again and I have made it my new mission to tell everyone I know to not go there either. After reading the reviews above mine I see that this is a pattern for this store. dishonest business! please note that this ups store will not honor any insurance claim at all. they know that ups would never reimburse customers, but they still sell the insurance just to get the profits! i sent and insured a wrong-order-package which was still in the original box. the package was damaged upon arrival to the company. it's returned to me in damaged condition. the manager said she was sorry, but ups had refused to pay the insurance. stay away from this dishonest store, and ups! read more

I got my email saying my package is ready for pick up so I went down there Friday to pick it up when the cashier told me it won't be ready until next business day. So I went in Today (Monday) to receive my package, gave the same cashier my id and said it won't be ready until 1pm. Seriously she could have said that Friday when I went to pick up my package. I'm wondering if my package will even be ready at 1pm like she said it would be, or am I going to be playing round about where the f*** is my package. So irritated with this store.
