They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

I first spoke to Kelli who was extremely helpful and listened to what I thought we might need. She setup a free estimate for the next day and followed up by email reviewing the details of our discussion and with the name/photo of our estimator. Steffan arrived on time. Impressively, he listened to our issues and ideas...and helped us come up with a creative solution that we could use to accomplish our objectives. He also was willing to include a few additional exterior fixes to be part of the estimate to be done while they were to be working on our project. Steffan volunteered to do a little product research for specialized materials needed to prepare the estimate. We couldn't have been happier with the time he spent problem-solving with us...and we were confident the job would be completed successfully. Last night we had a dreaded rain and windstorm. Our puppy was not under any circumstances willing to go anywhere near the sliding door to go outside to do her business. She was so scared! Anyway, after thinking about the problem, we decided she might be better with her own little special retreat area inside our garage during weather conditions like these.
