I've forgotten to renew on time a few times and they were incredibly nice and helpful. I drop packages off for my small business and they are always very kind and upbeat. When I come in they great me by name and will ask how I am or how business is going. I don't often receive mail as it's mainly for return address but if I do happen to get something they always let me know since I don't ever check the box since I'm never expecting anything. They've never made me feel like an inconvenience or that I was taking up their time. If anything they've gone above and beyond with customer service and making me feel welcome. I primarily use the store for printing. The print and go option they offer is easy to use. Black and white printing is significantly more affordable than color. But printing on my own is more affordable than having employee help. I haven't interacted much with staff, but my few interactions have been fine. I've also seen them help folks carry packages or hold open doors. It's never been too busy.

I have shipped packages here daily for over two years I've never had a real problem to complain about until a couple of weeks ago. An employee treated me extremely unprofessionally and was unnecessarily rude and contemptuous, almost like they were already angry and spiteful when I walked up. Soon after I returned to ship another package, hoping to resolve/be heard about my experience. I asked to speak to the store manager and if there was a private place where we could speak-trying to avoid having this conversation out in the open . She walked me over to the side right next to everyone in line doing their orders. When I tried to explain what happened with the employee the week before she snapped at me almost immediately, and said, "I do not care about your complaint," and walked away mid-sentence. Not only was I shocked I was appalled. I approached her with discretion and a desire to be heard for what and how the employee had treated me and her answer was literally I. DO. NOT. CARE! Like I said, I've been coming in the store for two years daily sometimes multiple times a day never had an issue but the very first time I have an issue this is how it's handled? The experience with the manager was worse than the experience with the employee but quite frankly very similar. I can't tell you how awful this has been. Even though I will have to drive a little farther away, I will 100% not return to this business. I will use FedEx down the street. I calculate I have spent anywhere from $200 to $800 a week, nearly $26,000 a year shipping at this store for my business. I would say I have been a loyal customer. While to many it may seem an outmoded form of communication, boy do you miss this service when it is gone. Suddenly a quick trip while on a grocery run became more of an ordeal trekking to Oregon City. Not only the distance, but that is a very busy location in the best of times. Last month, the post office opened at this new location on the hill in the Cascade Summit shopping center. It is enormous compared to its predecessor and painted in bright orange and blue hues and everything is spacious. In the old post office, you could barely fit three customers inside (pre-COVID). One thing to get used to is the drive-up/drop-off mailbox which is in the parking lot, not connected to the building. While they offer all of the standard and expected services, it does not appear that they are passport processing center yet. While they have standard business hours in the lobby, there appears to be 24 hour access to mailboxes. Although there was a lot of drama associated with the closure of the old location and selection of this new location, I am very happy to have a post office up and running in town.

I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.
