We have up and down hills and the complaints that the drivers were going too fast were pouring into the HAO regularly. As the customer this was reported to them. Please slow down. They would and then would speed up again. Then I asked the driver personally, please slow down. We have open range out here and I have kids and dogs. This was taken well but then they started skipping my house weekly. I called the office. The lady that answers the phone is so nice and said she was sorry and that she sees notes about my dogs being the problem. I said ok. The next several weeks would ensure my dogs were locked up. Still getting skipped. Finally on the SIXTH time they skipped my house, I called again and again she apologized and would have the office manager call me. She did and instead of hearing about the events that occurred, was HORRID on the phone. Blamed me for my dogs every time. Said that this was my fault. Stated that if I would like her courteous refund that I could have it with stipulations. Told me to not speak until she was done with me. At the end of the call which took twice because she hung up on me when God forbid, I defended myself. I called her back and told her to get her can off my property. It's sad that one person and no management can make a company this bad. There are two or three maybe other companies in this town. Consider them first because if there is an issue this will be your result.

We were actually done in Thursday but I forgot to call. She said that they couldn't get it on Friday but Monday for sure. I knew that she was mistaken because Monday was a holiday so I thought Tuesday. No not Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and she said they could not do it then either but that they are rented for 10 days and that it would be Thursday. No not Thursday, she called and said sorry it would be Friday. So Friday it was gone. I don't know how this business can survive like this. I should have charged them rent for the driveway space and the fact that I could not get a trailer or anything else onto the job for those days is not good business. Maybe a homeowner likes 10 days but I usually get a discount for only having the cans a short number of days. Most companies chomp at the bit to get a can back early so they rent it out again. Anyway nice people but not good for me. I need it gone when it's full and that is part of the service. Not my job to give them a spot to park a can for an extra week. I was pissed. It was a 15 Yard so it fit in a driveway. Any other company would have gotten it on the Friday the week before.

Neither one knew how to print anything in their printing department and tried to het me to use their clunky do-it-yourself printers. Every time I go there, terrible service, really terrible service. Walking out today I was thinking 1) I won't be coming back, and 2) when they go belly up, no one will be surprised. If you need something printed, go down to the Little Old Print Shop on E. 20th. I'd called a local company about making an enlarged print, they'd told me it was not good enough quality. Jen gave us her e-mail address and when we sent it to her she said she could make a 36x24 non pixilated photo of it. The print is great, sharpe and clear!

As a nonprofit organization, we had to submit additional paperwork to establish credit. That wasn't the problem--we do that all the time. The problem was how the Executive Director of our organization was spoken to: As if he were an idiot. Not a good way to make a new client feel warm and fuzzy. We took multiple projects to Pioneer. We were asked to pay C.O.D. on the first project. Again, no problem. That's standard with new clients. The problem occurred when Pioneer decided to lump all the projects into one and attempted to strong arm us into paying C.O.D. for all of them. They held up delivery by over a week on one component that had a crucial deadline, resulting in lost revenue as this piece was a fundraising mailer. For another piece, we were provided a PDF proof on white paper and the project was printed on ivory stock, which changed the color completely. We refused the project and asked for it to be reprinted. I also asked that the reprint be discounted to make up for lost time and the supreme aggravation we experienced. After all that, we were charged for the reprint with no credit given for the botched job. After some very strong language on my part, the rep acquiesced and agreed that we were not responsible for the rejected work, but would bill the reprint at the higher rate of the first poorly printed job. The rep was put into an impossible position. His company did piss-poor work and left him swinging in the wind. As a sales person myself, I fully expect my parent organization to support me to keep clients happy. That didn't happen. Management doesn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction. Well, alrighty then. Here's what one unsatisfied client has to say about Pioneer Printing: Run away. Run away as far and as fast as you can. This is an unprofessional, poorly managed company. There are lots of printers out there who would be happy to work with you. And make it a much more pleasant experience with a fine end product, to boot.

I skipped, attempting Electronix Den at the mall (see review). 5/21 charged $96 for my Windows 10 desktop PC done in less than a day. The work was satisfactory but lost on why the tech feigned the request to sending me notes on what I needed to be done at home. If you see a customer coming in, you stop what you are doing and engage the person and/or direct a coworker to answer instead of keeping socializing and playing PC games. The owner or manager came in soon but I didn't like that wait when I retrieved my PC. (6/21 found they have a gaming den that may have only been guests.) I won't take them off my list since I live in the neighborhood and the work was done. The rest seems shady.
