Today I went to the Chesterfield post office with 40 small boxes and was told I could only have 10 of them at one time handled by the woman behind the counter and then I would have to go back in line and have 10 more done. Then get back in line again and again. I have never been told this before at any post office and I have been mailing these boxes for many years . Today, the female employee who was assisting me, and I use that word, assisting loosely, started out by making a face when I told her the boxes weren't already marked with postage. That's when she informed me that she could only handle 10 of them because @it's a busy post office".. There was no one in line behind me when she started and 3 customers waiting when she finished. When she did finish, they were 3 emojis that came up on the screen - a smiley face, a frowny face and an indifferent face. Before I could react, she tapped on the smiley face and went onto the page where she needed my credit card. She thought I didn't see her do that I remarked that if I wanted to give her a good review, I would've done that myself. The lack of good service at this post office was stunning. I went to the Ballwin post office Saturday and they took all my boxes!! They couldn't believe how badly I was treated at the Chesterfield branch.

The store clerk said someone (Branch Manager) will be back after 1:00 and will discuss with him/her and call me. They took measurements and, well, they did not call. It was going to be $500-600 when all said and done with insurance. The lack of creativity (interest) sent me to the this store right after where the staff on duty was incredibly helpful. Package shipped and the UPS driver commented on how well the picture was wrapped. I would not go back to the UPS/Dierberg's store as staff was not helpful and lacked follow up. Thank you!!.

Mailbox HQ was the original company that provided our mailbox and installation…read more Well ten plus years later a visitor to a neighbor's home struck the mailbox while reversing breaking the bracket from the post and damaging the box. After the operator of the vehicle fled the scene the St. Louis County police were kind enough to track them down and procure their insurance information. Then mailbox headquarters met with us on a Sunday morning to plan the repair and reinstallation of the needed components Additionally, they provided a loaner box and post until the repairs could be made within a few days A few days later, all the parts were in, and the highly skilled technician was dispatched to reinstall and reattach all the damaged items. A true testament to the quality of the materials, and the workmanship provided was the post did not need to be replaced as it was still firmly installed in the ground and undamaged from being struck by an automobile. We would highly recommend mailbox headquarters to anyone considering installing or replacing your mailbox. The options are nearly endless. The quality of materials are amazing, but most importantly, the people from sales to installation, to service or absolutely amazing!
