So nice to have a store nearby that keeps sending a package simple and fast. Good, mindful customer service.

I've had to go direct to the UPS depot a few times because this place refused to ship a return that I received via UPS. UPS stores do not offer the same flat rate UPS Simple Rate that the web site offers. They charged twice as much to ship a package ground as it would have cost with Simple Rate. Remember, UPS stores are independently owned franchises, not accountable to UPS and with their own set of rules. The only thing this place is good for is dropping off amazon returns. Save yourself the money and buy your shipping off the UPS web site instead. read more

Best UPS store in town. JP Patel, thank you for being awesome!!! Story- Work called me at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, asked me to pickup a hard drive and needed it shipped same day and delivered Monday am. I called JP Patel and he said no problem. I'll call my driver and have him make us last stop to provide you enough time to get here. I almost couldn't believe what I was hearing. A customer service rep GREAT at customer service? Holy cow!!!!! Thanks JPatel and thank you UPS driver for helping us out!!!! All the negative comments- reflect on how you treat the people working customer service. This may be part of the problem. Always on your phones, rude, then expect to be treated kindly. Lol come on. read more

That was the most friendly, efficient and FAST customer service I've encountered in awhile! This store was staffed! I saw four people working the front, since I was there during the rush-hour busy time. I loved how the two workers I dealt with (both of Indian decent) called me by my first name, in an effort to relate. I wasn't sure what all I need to return-mail a pair of shoes back, and my hesitation didn't slow them down one bit. They knew exactly what slips were needed, told me how to pull up the barcode to scar it and print a shipping label. Took my receipt, has the tracking info to track the shoes, bam bam bam. I was in and out in less than 4 MINUTES. Can I getta whoop whoop! read more

Dealt with a gentleman that was really rude, he was upset that I was shipping two big boxes with prepaid return labels to Amazon and told me that that he made no money doing it. The lady working the cash register was super sweet and helpful. I won't go back! read more

I needed help getting a chair to my brother in Florida. The problem was that with the box I had chosen for packing, the cost was prohibitive considering the cost of the chair. J. Patel and his coworkers helped me to solve the problem and to do it for a reasonable price. J. spent almost 45 minutes with me, looking at options for the shipping box and anything else that would help get the cost down. He came up with a "telescoping box" solution that was exactly what was needed. He was polite, considerate and basically amazing. J. even followed up with phone calls to let me know when the box shipped (that same day) and even when it arrived. He was amazing!! I will continue to use ONLY this UPS store for my shipping needs, and I highly recommend it. read more
