Parking in front can be tough because people parking in the fire lane and backing out is a pain. Staff inside is helpful. Had to return a direct TV box and that was very quick. Be sure to make a copy because they don't retain any records afterwards and if you lose it, you can be charged if the wrong account info was entered by mistake. Gather round kids, and I will tell you a story filled with adventure, horror, excitement and tears. Its the story of how I bought a rug that was too big from a company that refused to aid in any way in the returning of said rug. It all started when I moved into an apartment that has hardwood (re; laminate) floors. I realized quickly that I needed a rug so my toes didn't freeze. I thought I found the perfect rug and ordered it in the size I thought I'd need. Well....apparently my skills at measuring need some help. It was too big. It fit the room but more as a carpet then a rug. This meant I had to return it. I called the place I got the rug to be told they don't do exchanges & that I would have to arrange to have UPS come and pick it up, at my expense, and they would then process any refund. Seriously? I went online, joined the UPS family by giving all my info & then scheduled a pick up. It seemed WAY too easy for something that was 12 feet long for them to just say 'ok, here we come!' but I put my faith in the system. Silly me. The most wonderful woman on the planet, who's name I WISH I got, showed up in her brown truck to pick up the rug, only to find out I don't have a label. Well....the rug place sent me the label they SWORE is all I'd need. Apparently not. They lied. Again. I had to go online to get this much sought after label. Sadly, every single time I went online to figure out how to do this, I got that ubiquitous Error Code 500. (*#$(*&Q#$. Ok. I guess I have to wade thru the autobot to get an actual person. I called UPS, fought bravely & valiantly thru the autobot's program and finally got a live human......who also gave me false information. What would it take dear kids for our heroine to get her rug picked up? What Herculean task would she now have to undertake? Enter the most Wonderful, Friendly, Helpful (dang....why didn't I get her name?!?!?!) UPS driver ....the same driver that came before & tried to help. She got on the phone to her boss, explained the situation & while I was standing by, we both learned that the customer service rep lied, charged me double for a service that they wouldn't be able to perform. Sigh No worries said the Personable Lady Driver, I will take this rug in my truck to the UPS store, you follow behind me & we can get you all straightened out with a label & everything. Huzzah! I followed this seriously wonderful driver to said UPS store & was met with a general hilarity when they heard my tale of woe (shout out to Jenn!). They were all amazed at the indifference of the rug company, asked for its name and vowed to spread the word that NOONE should ever buy a rug from them....but that yes, they were able to get a proper UPS Tracking label on this bad boy & ship it right back to them using Ground (because it was already costing me a King's Ransom to send it back). Seriously. I know this review is wordy & somewhat silly, but I honestly cannot sing the praises of this UPS driver loud or high enough. I have nothing that has her name on it which is a shame. She deserves a SERIOUS holiday bonus for her generosity and customer service. Actually...everyone at this UPS Store location as well. They definitely helped me turn 54lbs, 12' x 13" of lemons into an s-ton of lemonade. Huzzah! read more

Hate that this is a return location for Amazon. They're not very helpful. In order to print out a label, they charge $3.50, which is clearly unnecessary when they are receiving so much money through these Amazon shipments. Really wish we just had an Amazon store closer, so we didn't have to go through UPS. read more

Convenient location, if you have to run to the UPS Store this one is located in close proximity to a lot of other common errand-running stores. Big parking lot with a decent amount of spaces reserved for the UPS Store only. It's a small store, fills quickly but it seems to be well-staffed and the lines move quickly. Staff has always been pleasant. The public computer: during Covid this public computer is located in a really, really bad spot, it's in the way of the line, there's no way for customers to avoid anybody sitting there. Also, with regards to Covid, without fail, each time I'm in this small space there are multiple customers either not wearing a mask or wearing a mask improperly, you know, with their nose hanging out. I was in this location on August 10th and there was 1 maskless woman and 2 women - one of them on the public computer - with masks pulled below their noses. read more

The staff in this store is quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I dropped off some equipment to be shipped back to Spectrum (good riddance!) and Heather knew exactly how to handle it. I was in and out of the store in two minutes. I stop here periodically to ship packages, and my experience today was typical of their professionalism. read more

The Ups Store #3726 2779 S. Church St. in Burlington, NC. See our previous review (2/1/2024) on our experience there. Not only has UPS Corporate Customer Service apparently NOT contacted this franchise manager as I was told they would (according to the manager herself noon February 3), it turns out that the US Postal System cannot issue us a refund for the failure of our shipment to arrive in Colorado within their guaranteed delivery period, because The UPS Store used OUR money to purchase that USPS service. THEY can get a $30 refund, but we cannot. Has UPS offered to refund us even that small part of the $81.22 they charged us? Has the manager contacted us after telling us she "would see what" she could do yesterday? Not so far. When asked why UPS charged so MUCH more for the same USPS service that WE could have gotten ourselves at the Post Office for less than $30, we were told that it was "a surcharge". A FIFTY DOLLAR surcharge? And, last but most important, UPS asked us to "sign off" on two, very small-print, 8 1/2 X 11" pages when we paid for the shipping. They DID NOT provide us with a copy of what we had to sign, and we certainly did not have a chance to read a word of it out of respect for the other customers already lined up behind us. Nor did the manager offer us a copy of it yesterday. Life Lesson: Be very careful dealing with this particular UPS store. And, if you are asked to sign anything other than a sales receipt, make sure you get a copy and read it carefully. read more

The customer service rep was rude after the email for the label failed to go through also we are practicing social distancing she calls a man up next to me so social distancing just didn't apply to her. It really made me uncomfortable and angry that she snapped at me for the email failure to go through. Beware if you have amazon returns print your own labels they charge for every single one. read more

Beware of this location. They will take your money for their services and if there is any issues they will never give you a refund on their services that are controlled and regulated by them. They follow improper business practices and I would be weary of this location, next time you do business with any UPS Store. read more
