    This manager started yelling at me and had her boyfriend behind the counter cussing me out, she got upset after she asked an employee what I was doing and when the employee told her " he wants to put the phone in the box" the manager started yelling at me and tried to kick me out because she wanted to go home. I purchased the drop off service and asked if I could wrap my phone, the lady customer service rep said yes, then the manager interview for no reason. It was the most unprofessional display I have ever seen out of any manager at any business. Watch the incident here : https://youtu.be/gywTrGElCl0 I want to report this to her manager. My son had passed a month earlier, and I attempted to mail some sentimental objects to a Colorado friend, who never received them. I WAS NOT told I could get any free insurance on the package, which apparently is common to be given a minimal amount. I DO note the lady who accepted my small box was completely uninterested. Of course I kept the receipt for a long time. Probably still have it on my phone. After a time I was told it hadn't reached its destination. I called the store several times, was given a number to look my package up, not told such number would expire, and they would refuse me another!! I repeatedly tried, at one point being told the package would be returned to ME! It was NOT. I was given several phone numbers to call, none of which were answered, nor returned my messages, to the point when the message mentioned "take our survey" the phone hung up on me!! I even called UPS headquarters, they were so sorry! Somewhere there is a box with a white small Lego Plane, scowling Lego woman on the wing, with "coins" from CAP and a seaplane logo mug. When it's opened on a YT video, which should be illegal!, I alone know the backstory and puns that go with the items! The bitch of it is, I wouldn't have let these things go to anyone else, literally! Thank God I got my payment refund from the credit card!! Trying to repeatedly track a package with such a long list of small numbers was disheartening after my son's death. This place sucks. I never got any recompense at all.

    The parking lot is a little rough to get in and out of they are right next to the auto parts store…read moreso most the spots are filled with cars being fixed or worked on but the store itself is easy once you get in. The customer service is fast and easy especially when you have an amazing return they down your box, print your receipt and your on your way.

Unkept…read morepromises, even the one's in writing, full pack service done by novices (some only on job for 3 days) collapsed boxes and excessive use of extra boxes packed half empty, plus excessive handling (on off trucks due to mechanical breakdowns, excessive breakage, inability to resolve conflict or admit they did a very poor job nor off compensation for documented proof and they used street peeps to hire to move boxes in. Lost boxes and furniture still missing or have been compensated for. Non-responsive, rude- hung phone up on me when I called to try to sell dispute... great customer service, not. They changed there name it appears after they lost their DOT status....

They've STOLEN the following: Family heirloom sterling silver place settings, tea service, very expensive china, designer handbags, boots and shoes. Many other large pieces completely 'missing', furniture included. We had 5 boxes that didn't even belong to us; and I guarantee they were not returned to the rightful owner. I should have followed my intuition not to use them. Alex did a great sales pitch on my husband and he fell for it. They rope you in with their cheap rates, but as everyone stated they hijack you with the cubic feet bullshit. We too forked over $2,500.00 on top of the original price. When they truck arrived all the boxes were completely CRUSHED! Subcontracted the work out to fully inept 'movers' who took 13 HOURS to unload a 2 bedroom apt. They advised us to fill out all the paperwork, submit photos & have the forms notarized; knowing all along that they wouldn't compensate us. They ended up offering a cheque for $200.00 (their maximum payout) at just .16 cents per pound. Our loss came in at over $25,000.00. I mean who would insure these creeps with the HUNDREDS of complaints against them on RIPOFF REPORT. NINA in the office is just as bad as the cretins that run this chop shop. I don't know how they sleep at night know the heartbreak they've caused people. If you hate all your belongings and don't want to be compensated, then go ahead. THESE PIGS HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST FROM US. p.s. May I suggest yet ANOTHER new name next time you need to switch your company name? How about BLOWFLOWER.

    After submitting my inquiry for movers on Yelp (with super late notice - I needed service the very…read morenext day!!), I received quite a few estimates from other companies, and Best Price Movers BY FAR offered the best price for the 3 hours needed. Total came to $421 in case competitors are curious. And that included the fee for distance and travel time for 30 minutes and TWO stops with the truck!!! And I am happy to report that they did a fabulous job today. The two guys who came to move my things arrived within the quoted timeframe window and worked so hard. They were also very personable which was a plus since people can be weird; these guys were NOT! They had some issues backing the truck into my narrow parking area but then again so would I, given that truck's size! The only disappointment was that they couldn't remove the TV mount from the wall which would probably have required a socket wrench, but they did get the TV off of the mount. I understood the liability so I'm going to have a friend help me with that later this week. Even my parents were surprised by the deal I got. So yes, I would recommend Best Price Movers and their yellow truck to anyone I know who wants to shop smart and save their backs.

They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.
