This store is the Swiss Army knife of the retail world: it can do it all! I've done everything from sending medical testing packages to returning Amazon purchases here-and it couldn't be easier. The staff is so prepared for everything-and they run the place like a well-oiled machine. I'm in and out in minutes, each time. I only slowed down long enough to take pics of their other services. This location is in the same shopping plaza as Home Goods, Aldi and Five Below, at the corner of Lumsden and Providence. It's super convenient and there's lots of parking. I'll be back! read more

Normally a good experience here, I have brought a lot of business but this Monday morning I have to concur, staff was rude, charged me what he wanted my package to be as I asked for the cheapest delivery. Automatically charged an $8 box vs $4 bag and had the nerve to be irritated I questioned the cost. Not a good experience at all to start off my week! read more

This manager started yelling at me and had her boyfriend behind the counter cussing me out, she got upset after she asked an employee what I was doing and when the employee told her " he wants to put the phone in the box" the manager started yelling at me and tried to kick me out because she wanted to go home. I purchased the drop off service and asked if I could wrap my phone, the lady customer service rep said yes, then the manager interview for no reason. There was a guy walking from the back room, on his cellphone the whole way he was walking to the front... Never greeted, made eye contact, or acknowledged me. Another time I went to this place, a girl with puffy hair was walking from the back room to the front. To print a shipping label. Y'all must be smoking crack. If you want too build a customer base that pays for your services, don't attempt to gouge them on little things like a piece of paper. One would think a UPS store would be a UPS store. However this one, forget about it! They supposedly open at eight, but good luck with that. Recently I had to get to work late thanks to having to put something in the mail that day. It was critical. Had to be shipped via UPS According their website and store front signage they open at eight, but at quarter after nine there was still no sign of anyone there. Second time recently I tried to go there, once again no one there at 8:30. This time fortunately I went to another location that actually was open. We just moved here from South Florida and needed to send back some forgotten equipment to Comcast. The lady working today, Moriam, was just as helpful as the other guy at an UPS office at our old residence. She was knowledgeable of the Comcast returns and was able to help me do the process with no problems. I'm already using your service to ship my item why do you want to up charge? When I chose to leave she got an attitude. Replying to owner: A strip of tape should not cost $1. Funny how after I left your store I went to the UPS store near you and they not only gave me the strip of tape for the shoe box but also taped it for me! You're in the business of packaging! Don't bother going here. I scheduled a notary service at 830am today. When I arrived I was told they don't do appointments for notary. Showed my confirmation information and was told there's nobody in who can notarized paperwork. Manager was called and I was told that they can't do it because they don't have anyone trained in it on schedule even though it's a service they offer as early as 8am. Terrible place to go! They delivered my package back to my house, With the return address as my house also!! So when they were entering the information you would think they would've noticed entering the address 2x but no they didn't! So the package didn't get delivered till 7pm the next day, by that time it was to late to take it back to the store, so I had to deliver the package myself over an hour away! Went back to the store the next day after I did my own delivery to get my money back, the manager apologized but the idiot working at the store that entered the information chuckled like something was funny about him being a complete moron! This place consistently doesn't give me all of my packages at once when I go to pick them up. Every time I ended up missing a package just to call the next day and a girl states oh yeah we have that package for you...wtf how hard is it to hand me all my packages at once?? now I have two Amazon orders that states that they came and we're signed by a female there. Do you think I have my package yet? No and I've been to the store 3 times and not once have they handed it to me even when I ask for all my boxes. I tried to send a letter and the 2 girls working were completely inadequate. I am an avid user of UPS near my house, but I was out running errands and stopped in this one. They didn't know what to do and obviously did not have enough training with their new system. I left as I felt my important letter would not get to its destination. I will never go back. read more
