Supposed to open at 9:00 Saturday. Went at 9:15 and no one there and doors locked, no answer on phone

I recently went it in because I needed help. The lady there with glasses and puffy hair was not helpful at all. I asked her a question and she did not even know what she was talking about, she sent me through a rabbit hole of something entirely different than what I asked for. I lost money due to this I'm very upset. Do not recommend going here because they are not trained right and will waste your money and time. Not coming back. read more

Sometimes you're in the right place at the right time. This was one of those occasions. I was at the Mall to meet a friend which was very impromptu but I had to mail my HOA invoice since they are not in the 21st century to take payments over the phone and I had I throwback to the 80s send a fax. Talk about living in the past. I should have got my 8-Track player out and put in the Smokey and Bandit tape with Jerry Reed. Nonetheless, I quickly accessed my Yelp application and saw that there was a UPS store on Milwaukee sandwiched in a strip mall that also has Five Guys, FireHouse Subs and Happy Life CBD. I waked in and bright and cheery young cashier smiled and greeted me. We chatted about 'old tech' and then we started the clunky process of doing a cover sheet and sending a fax. I checked out the LovePOP cards all while carrying on a friendly conversation. The store is not large but has all that anyone would need to take care of business. There are PO Boxes, copy machines, office supplies and Saddle bags that are made in Idaho. How'bout that! Another customer arrived with an Amazon return and Amanda was efficient and pleasant. I felt bad that it was taking so long but she apologized saying that faxing these days depends on where it's being sent and the receiving fax. Shortly thereafter, Amanda appeared from the back and greeted me and we talked some more about the LovePOP cards and the exquisite work involved to create the cards. I handed over my envelope that needed to be mailed to the HOA and it was compliant with the old stamp that I had found in one of my desk drawers and moments later- BRRRRRRRR-DINNNNNGGGGGGGG-DINNNNNNNG-BEEEEP_BLOOOPPPPPPPPP. The fax was going through. Wow. What a relief. I felt like I was just crowned the MVP of the Super Bowl and I was getting to go to Disneyland but I was just as happy to pay $1.00 and get my confirmation letter. UPS had always delivered my stuff on time and with no problems, but the last couple times (including the one I'm waiting for now) has been nothing but a headache. They have delivered my stuff to the same address for YEARS, suddenly they can't find the address, my items get delayed and I receive them days late! This is getting ridiculous. My items sitting 4 hours away for days is unacceptable! I get stuff faster through the postal service and with no problems! read more

I came there's a long line but it took only 10 min And I ended up with staff by the name K (June 28 at 4:30 pm ) and I told her I have a return item for TMobile and gave all the papers I got from T-Mobile and her attitude surprised me : what do you want me to do with these? so I said I don't know, I assume these are return labels. And gave them to her and she was giving me hand gestures like she was being clueless. And she said : you have to figure it out yourself. I told her : I don't know I never returned any item before and I come here because I expect you know how and what to do. You are the expert. She went on just making me all frustrated by reaching out to her do-worker and she was on the phone . She just stood there behind the counter and let me wait. Her coworker (C) came and boy how relief I was. Her service is awesome, fast, quick and very professional C was calm and knew right away what to do. Many thanks to Cosmos who went above and out of his way to help me today. He patiently helped me box up a bulky box that I could not get its contents to fit. Customer phone service is a joke, you talk to a stupid computer, then when you do talk to a actual person there English is so bad you can hardly understand them and no one can actually help with anything hub or drop locations. My package was sent to the wrong address and refused because went to the wrong place. Previously i seen this was going to happen 4 days prior to this happening , went online made a account to change delivery address went through all the bs even set up a drop location and they still got it wrong. After all the talking to a computer random people who couldn't help with anything now my package is on its way back to the shipper a week away. Great job ups. This crap could have been avoided just simply being able to talk to a real person who knows what the Hell there doing and who gives a shit. A nut less monkey could do a better job. The worse thing is my package was still in town and I couldn't even pick it up because of stupidity they would rather ship it back than see a customer happy. Im sure cusion warmers meaning pretend management won't do anything to make things write either. So good luck if you are a potential customer I hope this doesn't happen to you. read more

This UPS store is privately owned and therefore does not recognize national corporate accounts (only the owner's account). Staff was VERY friendly (5 stars for them). but beyond that this place is useless if you're a business. read more

I had been in surgery with a patient for almost 12 hours and I knew that they closed at 6pm (this was today, Jan. 12,2023) so I hustled and got there at 5:50pm. I had 2 returns to do... one was an Amazon return and one wasn't. I fumbled through my phone to find the Amazon code and the woman Kate that helped me mumbled under her breath and then informed me that they closed at 6pm and she didn't have time for this. I assured her that my returns would take less than 5 mins and we got the Amazon return completed. When we went on to the next return, I had an email that showed the address for the second return and laid my phone down in front of her so that she could see the address and type it faster than I could probably explain because I felt so bad that I was taking her time and my phone went to blackout , and I reached over to tap the screen and she very rudely told me that she knows how to do that. Literally 1 minute later, my phone tapped out and I had to put in my password. She acted as if I was the biggest inconvenience on the planet to go there right before they closed. Never ever again will I go to this location. I would rather drive out past my house to the Nampa location where people are nice. Shame on you Kate. read more
