Started out my adventure dropping off 3 packages and turns out 2 of the shipping labels were not all labeled right from Amazon.. Gentleman who helped was great but found out when back to work that there was a label not accounted for which would have cost me $250 if not returned correctly.. I called and talked to another gal who went crawling through the mass pile of boxes trying to locate the messed up labeling (my fault not anyone there). She took my name and number said when she located them she'd call me back...In which she did 5-10 minutes later. After getting ahold of Amazon to correct the shipping labels i texted the managers private phone with correct info and label identification as to what goes on which package. She took care of it while still running the store with a pile of people coming in. Cant say enough about the above and beyond assistance they provided for me today. Every one of them I had a wonderful interaction with. If there was 10 stars it wouldn't be enough, this kind of customer service is unheard of these days.. Thank you!!! Todd T read more

I trusted this store to professionally pack and ship an all in one PC as fragile. Instead, they used an oversized box with minimal bubble wrap, leaving the computer unprotected. It arrived completely destroyed. The damage was the direct result of negligent packaging and was entirely preventable. I would not trust this store with anything fragile. read more

Needed to drop off my Old Navy returns at the UPS store. There is a self serv kiosk for returns with return labels but the kiosk said the 'Happy Returns' had to be done with an associate. ( Returns of Old Navy/Gap/Banana Republic) Stood in a somewhat long line, but it went fast, the associates were quick to get everyone thru. Nice space in a strip mall off of Hwy 65 and 125th/Main street exit. Plenty of parking. They have a copy machine and items for purchase such as sharpies/markers, padding, envelopes, packing tape, etc A convenient place for returns and any office supplies needed. read more

Here you'll find everything you could need to send a package. You don't need to bring anything but the contents and they'll take care of the rest if you so choose. That's small utilitarian and the people are nice. read more

Zero regards for their customers. Even with three employees they don't have anyone helping the customers in the lobby til they finish the background work. They look at you and just keep on like those of us in the lobby don't matter. The men that work at this location are HORRIBLE! Be very careful when you go in here. My 81 year old mother went in here to ship a small picture 16x30 approx) to me in Florida. The shipping was bad enough $59 ground, but they charged her $35 for "materials and $18 to "pack it". The picture was not fragile, it had no glass and it already had protected corners and film to protect it as it came from the manufacturers. The employees here are unethical and you should avoid this place. read more

I stopped to print a couple quick documents. They had three printers and only one "worked". Well it didn't really work. It was covered in dust and looked like its been in a barn for two years. I kept getting paper jam errors, even after clearing the jammed paper. It would jam again without even trying to print. After several routines of clearing jammed paper I was never even able to select the file to print and I left without any copies. read more

I was just coming here to check the stores hours and saw the reviews with 1 Star and decided that just couldn't stand. I've been dropping packages off at this store since 2010, and they're great! I really should learn the owner's name, but he runs a smooth operation. I'm never in there for more than a few minutes even when it's busy, and I've never had a problem. Not once. Beware! Not all franchises are equal. I brought in an unopened package to return to sender. The staff person assured me it would be returned the next day and if there were any problems he would contact me. The package showed up again on my front steps several days later, resulting me in incurring fees of close to $100. The manager had just "left for a week's vacation" and was "unable to get back to me" for a week. The manager never returned my message to discuss the issue. When I called him more than a week later, he was defensive and unapologetic. Unprofessional and incompetent! People, print your labels at home and call the 1-800-PICK-UPS and the driver will come pick up at your door to avoid this establishment. read more

Worst shipping experience ever , or not shipping the idiot who runs the store wouldn't let me use a corporate number there which ok I get it but than told me they couldn't accept a credit card over the phone because "it's against the law to take card info over the phone" ???????????????????????? Said no way am I paying that much and went home to see what it would cost if I did it online with ups. Well guess what, it only cost $65.00! They even came to my house to pick it up!
