They removed the customs invoice and then returned it to us because it didn't have an invoice. That invoice was in a clear plastic pouch. The return shipping label was clearly placed on the package. He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled. Now we have to contact the company and ask for another customs invoice and shipping label. More work for us when it wasn't necessary. I will never visit here again for anything.

My driveway was plowed and there was just a dusting of snow, so there was no reason the driver couldn't get to my front door! This is very frustrating. I can't imagine there are that many package deliveries in this area on a Sunday that it would take a driver all day and then they still don't deliver it. I called the main USPS number and was told it was now showing deliver on Wednesday 3 days late! Unbelievable. Was giving the direct number to this location and nobody answers. They sat on a package that I mailed out of Forest Lake for 3 months. I went back several times to ask them to look for it as it's listed as not sent, they said nope, not here. It was there all along according to tracking. When you get a notice that a package is waiting for you to pickup and you go there they never have it. Then they tell you it's being delivered. Then you get a notice at your mailbox that you have to pickup again. It's like a game. It makes zero sense.
