Great customer service and efficient staff! Every time I come into this office in my town the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I was there a lady was getting very frustrated with one of the staff because she didn't have a computer and she needed one to print a label. The staff gave her a couple of ideas to work around this including visiting the library to complete what she needs and eventually she left irritated but less so than when she started. The lines were long but it moved along quickly and the lady helping me at the register and I exchanged conversations and she was very pleasant. This was a shipping emergency, not really but we were fearful of carrying on or worse yet having to fang check a full set of china! It was pure luck and coincidence that after spending a week at the lake house we stopped off to do some browsing and thrift store shopping.
