They refused to ship my prop Katana back to the Amazon seller. Claimed that it was not an acceptable return. I told them that this was a prop, and it also had a sheath (sleeve) still did not return. Amazon return label was created. Would not recommend this horrible corporation read more

Dropped off a package for my son, a return for Amazon. A very big and mean lady worker scolded me for not taping the package closed and not applying a shipping label. I was shocked because I was just supposed to drop it off. Turns out it did have a shipping label attached to it, she didn't see it, and the label that was stuck inside the package was just a copy inserted as directed by Amazon. She through a fit and said "Okay, I'll do it for you this time but after this you have to do it". I called out what pleasant workers are here as I walked out the door. read more

Update: NOT UPS Trained employees. Clearly. I watched you help numerous customers ahead of me and you weren't kind or nice to any of them. Even the lady sending faxes ahead of me even made a comment to you. And then again to all of us in line under her breathe as she walked out "Nice Guy" sarcastically. No worries. I will absolutely be take my business elsewhere. Your two star yelp rating should have clued me in to the kind of people Id be dealing with. Im positive I wont be the last 1 or 2 star rating you receive. I Called this location today to see if they accept drop off Next Day packages. After asking if there are any stipulation and what is required i believed the package was accepted for drop off. I also explained I live 20 minutes from them and needed to be certain it would be accepted. He assured me. I get there...wait in line for 15 minutes because there is one person working. The Same one I spoke with an hour before. And NOPE cant drop off here because the value is too high. I was furious. His response is, not my problem or my fault. It was ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT!! A sorry would have been great!! Horrible place. Please better train your employees. This person was clearly not trained in customer service or your policies. read more

Great customer service and efficient staff! Every time I come into this office in my town the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The last time I was there a lady was getting very frustrated with one of the staff because she didn't have a computer and she needed one to print a label. The staff gave her a couple of ideas to work around this including visiting the library to complete what she needs and eventually she left irritated but less so than when she started. The lines were long but it moved along quickly and the lady helping me at the register and I exchanged conversations and she was very pleasant. I always have a great experience and will continue to be a customer :) read more
