The young lady was very nice to me and she asked me questions she gave me different options what is in at which kind you want to do economy, overnight, ground, insurance etc. she took her time she was very nice very friendly :-) good customer service. They even have 15 minutes double space parking in front of the place which is nice in my opinion if you are in a hurry you don't wanna park far away walk on the snow or rain to deliver your package. I purchased chairs from Amazon that arrived in two boxes. We opened one box, didn't love the chairs and decided to return. I initiated the Amazon return without issue and selected UPS drop off (I believe it was my only option). I lugged these two heavy boxes to UPS, got them up on the counter and then was told that the original shipping boxes were not compliant with UPS standards.. I still have no idea what they mean.. one of the boxes wasn't even opened; if it was shipped to me like that, there is no reason it can't go back the same way! They tried to get me to buy larger "unmarked" boxes to put the boxes into... super fishy. I lugged my boxes home, called Amazon and the rep said she had never heard or such an issue with UPS. She scheduled an at home UPS pick up and my boxes were picked up without any issue! That reinforced my uneasiness even more and that is why I wanted to post this review so no one else gets ropped into buying boxes for boxes.

Jim talked to me at great length regarding the packing options he considered for the best possible result. He kept me posted on the progress and made sure the proper receipt and shipping acknowledgement was sent in the most timely manner. The dollhouse arrived at my son's home in Perfect Condition! The staffer first blatantly lied to me, saying he'd looked at the items; then he refused to scan barcodes (a routine part of the process); and then he insulted me. Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role. It feels that I am a bother to the staff while I simply want to pay and ship things. Most recently, a package I mailed took 3 full days just to be picked up by a truck and start moving (day 2 was New Year's day which I will acknowledge) I was not made aware it would just sit for over 72hours) - I would've taken to another location or fedex with a pickup scheduled sooner. He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled.
