I had schedules and table assignments printed, and I had them done before the event. I didn't need any more graphic work or creation, but they worked with me to make sure the quality was perfect and the pixels were small. I also had some table names printed and it was easy to make sure there weren't duplicates or any missing. For the customer service and product, this was a great value. Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money. Then someone returned my call and told me same day was possible and it would be X amount of money. Long story short someone was there that day to look at our dryer. We paid a service fee and then we paid another time for the item to be fixed. I was a little confused because I thought it would be taken off the total but I don't know. Overall it was fast service and the tech onsite was friendly and fixed our unit in no time. Super thankful that they were responsive, but internal communication could be better.
