The email to email them a label is not correct on their website! It's actually print5116@gmail.com. We told the associate a couple times we emailed them a label and she took down all our info and asked us how we wanted to ship and we told her again we had emailed a label to them. She then printed it out. We were then charged $1 to print the label. Wont visit this location again as other locations were free to print a label. Location was extremely busy with line almost out the door. read more

My partner visited the UPS store in Rogers, MN to pickup a package for me with his valid ID and proof of address as required by UPS Policy. The UPS representative ignored his request. He asked the representative to explain why he can not receive the package if he can proof the address printed at the label agrees with the address on his drivers license and he told him, it would be different if he would be a female and would have the same last name. He really replied with an attitude. My partner felt devastated and told him, never mind I do not want to continue to do business in this store if I am being mistreated and discriminated against. I have never been so discriminated against as I was from UPS before. I cannot believe that an brand like UPS in this day and age would give a straight couple preferential treatment over a gay couple. I really don't know what to say. This kind of behavior should not be present at UPS or any of their partners which represents UPS. I don't think that this employee represents the values that UPS stands for. My opinion is that people who don't align with the values of an organization, should not be allowed to have customer contact or need to be permanently removed from an organization. They can cause harm to the brand. UPS POLICY: "If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Additionally s/he needs to present proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy)." ****Update 02/12/2019****** The owner never asked for a Tracking number, of course my partner would have it handy. I have been into this store three times. Each time I've been greeted by a different employee, and each of them was rather grumpy. I left feeling like I should never have gone into the store... Like I'm putting them out somehow. I wish people who worked in a service industry would either find a way to enjoy their job or go do something else.
