They are clear with communication and give you all the information you need. They also ask relevant questions and partner with you on your project. I had schedules and table assignments printed, and I had them done before the event. I didn't need any more graphic work or creation, but they worked with me to make sure the quality was perfect and the pixels were small. I also had some table names printed and it was easy to make sure there weren't duplicates or any missing. For the customer service and product, this was a great value. It didn't break the bank, and they have comparable prices around the Twin Cities. They also met my due date with no issue. I sent the request in with 3 weeks to go until my event. This print shop is now my print shop. It's run by the friendly Jim, Kathleen and their little dog named Pike, who keeps you company while you wait for your copies. I love that it's NOT self-service. I like self-service with some tasks, but not with others. Like, it's fun to check yourself out at the grocery store when you're just buying some yogurt, but I hate doing my own printing. I came in as a walk-in to print just a couple of things, and I felt lucky to be helped right away because they seemed to be very busy. The phone was ringing constantly! Next time, I'll email my order ahead of time and pick it up. I was simply able to hand over my USB drive and let Jim do his thing. He showed me a couple of different options and helped me decide on the weight of paper. Within 10 minutes (and for a reasonable price), I was out the door. I initially went to this place because of the great reviews. Wow, I would never ever recommend this place to someone. I had a job where I needed things printed on construction paper. I explained what I needed on the phone, made it as easy as possible by labeling the file names with the colors I needed and quantity, and bringing in my paper organized. The woman flipped through my work and constantly sighed, really showing me they did NOT want to do my job, but I was told that since they agreed to it, they would honor their commitment. Way to make a sale there, ya know? After 2 days I called to see the ETA since they said it'd be a day or two. I had roughly 900 sheets of paper. They said it'd take 3 more days to get it done! What the heck....Kinkos, Sir Speedy, and one other gave me an average of 12-24 hour turn around and didn't complain how long it would take. Honestly I just don't think these guys wanted to do it. I did it myself at home in 3 hours, including clipping the paper, on my little laser printer at home. They have much larger and nicer printers, how in they heck could it take 3 days? Glad I learned my lesson. read more

Their hours aren't as convenient as Kinko's. However, I need something laminated and Kinko's laminate machine was broken. I yelped copy shops and came up with Minuteman. They were closed but answered the phone and said to come in anytime before 7pm. Very cool. Good value: They price well and are often better than a big box store printing price. They have a high quality of work and ensure proofing and can help with fast turn around times. They don't just handle big jobs either. My partner and I had our wedding invitations, RSVPs, detail cards, and all envelopes (A7 an A4s) printed there. They looked stunning and were able to use high quality paper. The shop also has the ability laminate too (not many printing places do). They did a special job for spoke cards for our bikes and they are incredible. Personal values: They are union and support job training and second chances. Makes me love the place more. read more

I had wandered in to get a photocopy made of my drivers license, as I was about to submit an application for a new house. Being that it was the 3rd of July, the shop must have been on holiday hours and was closed for the day. I hadn't known this and wandered in anyway. A gentleman inside had told me they were closed, which was tough because I really needed that photocopy. I asked if he could do me a solid and make a single copy for me, and he happily agreed. I know he did not need to do this for me (especially free of charge), and I am very appreciative that he did. I believe it is a strong indicator that this business is very customer-forward. This was truly a fantastic experience. I was in a MAJOR rush and needed same-day printing. They really blew me away with how professional and speedy they were. The business cards were FANTASTIC. I had assumed since it would be rushed that the cards would be simple and I repeatedly made the point that I was okay with that, but they gave me an identical match to my previous, elaborate cards that I purchased online even without a file. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I am so grateful for the work they put into my request.
