The person they used to use was spending $300/month in AdWords, and brought in on average $180 worth of business. I manage this account from out of state so I needed to find someone local that I could trust who would be able to bring them in a positive ROI who is familiar with the local market. I actually found Sam in a business focused Facebook group that came recommended from someone else who had used him before. I'd already interviewed 4 other PPC guys/gals up to this point, so had a skillset baseline I was looking for. We spent some time with Q&A and a Skype call where he laid out a plan of action. He was able to explain why the previous campaigns weren't working and 2 basic tweaks that needed to be made. Also proof of previous results, not just some theory. We went in on a trial basis of $200/month. We've only had the campaign running for just over one month, and the revenue is about $320. While it's not a big up front ROI, each customer has a strong LTV, so we're looking at the long-term picture. So far so good. I'll update this review should things change. Tip: make sure you know how PPC works and if your industry is even a good candidate for PPC. If you arm yourself with some solid questions ahead of time, you'll be better prepared to sort out the theorists from the ones that know what they're doing.

A while back, I contacted Chipheads for a comparison quote on the replacement of a laptop keyboard and frame after a water spill fried a touchpad. The first place I had visited for a quote was a lovely one-man shop that quoted me $300 minimum for the repair - and that was with full awareness that I'd already purchased my own replacement parts and therefore all cost on his part was purely labor. He also communicated clearly that accessing the keyboard area required moving multiple parts he was not entirely familiar with and laughed that he would have to give me the $2000+ laptop he'd tried to sell me if the repair didn't go well. I left the establishment unconvinced of his capability to fix my also $2000+ design powerhouse that had not left my side since I got her. Enter Chipheads. I contacted via the general email address on the website, outlining the general situation and requesting a quote. Chipheads teammate Scott responded, and the quote he gave was comparable. I then emailed to confirm that I'd ordered the right parts before making the decision to put my laptop basically in the hospital right before I was going to be gone for a full two weeks, so I wouldn't be able to get her back even if the parts were wrong and repairs could not be done. Scott never responded to that email, and I had to leave for my out-of-town event. When I'm home, I rely on my laptop heavily, so dropping off when I'm not occupied with an event is not ideal. When another long event came up on my schedule, I contacted Chipheads again, this time creating a new email thread directing back to the general email address - the previous thread had directed to Scott's email address after we connected. I admit that I was hoping that I would connect with Jarret this time, and I did. He responded not only quickly but also giving me the option of a two-week repair period for less than $200. I'd be occupied with my event for exactly that amount of time anyway, so this was perfect. When I arrived the day before my event started, Jarret was with another guest. Both the impression that the first shop had given me about the delicate nature of my repair and my own experience in tinkering with laptops and electronics in general added to why I specifically waited to speak directly with Jarret given the impression of reliability he gave me in our correspondence. I dropped my laptop off with Jarret the day before my event started. Less than 48 hours later, he called to let me know that my laptop was ready for pickup. That was back in August. I specifically waited to ensure that the laptop was in perfect working order before leaving a review. It's now October. Safe to say, my laptop is in good health. Dropping one star for Scott dropping the ball on communication. Regardless, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Chipheads for your repair and upgrade needs.

That is the feeling I was left with after speaking with this establishment. Had an issue with my laptop's performance and was about to begin upgrading everything by deductive reasoning. Spoke with this business and they were VERY HONEST with me. We did some troubleshooting and they explained to me why it may be time to just consider replacing my laptop. They don't sell computers, they repair them. They definitely knew more than I could acquire through YouTube University so they could have easily taken my money, but they were honest and gave me options that would satisfy my goal but be cost effective as well. Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing. Only perfectly printed and assembled sheets of paper. Wow. With the abundance of quick-stop print shops, it's a very special thing to find a quality shop like Richfield Printing.
