They have done two major redesigns for instinctdogtraining.com and both were beautiful. But wow, this last design (launched May 14 2021) was a total grand slam. Not just the beautiful design, but the execution was professional, on time, on budget with an aggressive deadline. Highly recommend this fabulous group of people.

I first found Jessi about six years ago when I helped my Mom set up her business in Morris, Minnesota. Jessi still lived in Morris and after a little checking around, I found that she was the best web designer in the area. There was so much to do to set up my Mom's new business, from revamping a building, suppliers, finding someone to print business cards, etc. A truly exhaustive list, it was a family effort. But Jessi made the website design process amazingly easy. We primarily worked via email, with Jessi writing clear and concise, detailed email responses to things I needed to provide her. The feedback process was super easy, with Jessi always willing to make suggestions and take feedback from my designer Mom. Through the years, Jessi has continued to design the website for my family's business and is just a champion communicator and kind person to work with. I now live in California and any time my Mom has a mild technical issue, Jessi is always her go-to. She's just the best. Jessi recently suggested we change the way my Mom sends out her monthly business newsletters. I write the newsletters but the process had gotten complicated for how they are sent out (A tech genius, my Mom is NOT). My last communication with her came after I sent her an email about having used a email service for the newsletter but I had a photo hosting question. She emailed me back in a timely fashion, just as I have grown to expect with her, and gave me a really easy option of hosting the photos on an ftp server on my Mom's business website. (And don't worry, if that last bit doesn't make sense to you, Jessi probably has super simple ideas of: Send it to me, I'll take care of it. Her solution was easy and perfect. Six years going on seven for our working relationship, and she's just a pro. She's moved, I've moved... it doesn't matter at all. She is the epitome of easy to work with. You will not regret working with Jessi! As for pricing, I remember it being reasonable at the time though I don't know what her rates are these days. I know she had package deals that could be scaled up or down, depending on needs.

If you read up on them, you will begin to think that they must be a fab place to work. They win all kinds of workplace and quality of life awards, they have a fun website (Follow them on FriendFace!), and an awesome sense of humor. I certainly thought so, and was afforded the opportunity to interview for a position with them. Once you have had the pleasure of meeting some of the real faces behind the friendly web presence, you will begin to believe it. Nancy and Meghan are personable and approachable movers and shakers online and (if you will) IRL. Kurt shops at Rainbow in the Quarry and is never shy to say hi. Sharyn has amazing tattoos and an adorable son who helped create said artwork, and she's not afraid to share stories about both...or the comfy chair and fun toys in her office! Long story short, I can't attest to the quality of their work. I CAN, and will, however, attest to their quality of life and quality of people they have working under the roof of their service station. They are absolutely amazing. They contribute to the quality of life online through Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr, as well as in my own back yard here in NE Minneapolis by being high quality human beings. I hope to stop by to snag a fresh notebook soon--mine is filling up fast!

Elizabeth challenged the members of our local BNI group to consider our web sites if they hadn't been updated in a year or more. It had been several years for ours. It looked "tired" and outdated. Together we worked to select a new theme, and some additional features that I wanted for our web site. With Carly and Jeremy on the back-end, everything works exactly as I wanted. Additionally, I was having difficulty with setting up a new theme for another web site, and Jeremy very quickly and efficiently made the changes needed to bring my other web site back to life. Serial-Coders advertises "web sites that won't break your budget." They came in at the price quoted, and gave me everything I wanted. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend their services to anyone needing a new website, or just a breath of fresh air to an existing site. They are second to none!

I opened a new small business this year, and a friend offered to help set up my website (only to find out that she bit off more than she could chew). Serial Coders were a referral from neighborhood group and they came to my rescue. Since my doors were already open, time and money were of the utmost importance to me. They were reasonably priced and took the time to get to know me, my studio and the environment I was working to create. The website is great and exactly what I wanted. They even came to my business and trained me on how to make updates and change pictures. I am super thankful for their expertise and would definitely recommend them for your business website needs.
