This last time was a drop off and the staff who I tried dropping my package off was very rude about telling me I needed to scan the package myself before dropping it off. He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences.

By 9:35 am we were driving out the door. Very courteous staff. There are 2 SIGN IN SHEETS: One is for picking up your vehicle and the other is for dropping off. BRING YOUR REQUIRED PAPERWORK completed and you should be processed out quickly. Your next step would be to take it to a business that does emissions and inspections. It's definitely the nicest UPS store I've been to. They have self-serve kiosks to the left as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and clearly very excited to have a customer! They asked how I knew they were even open so I'm guessing business has been slow so far. I have no doubt things will pick up quickly though. I also learned that the same owners of this UPS location also own the one in the Rotunda which is where I normally go, but this new spot is a convenient location if/when I'm heading south. My GPS was trying to have me make a weird U turn to get here but it's on the corner of Eastern Ave and President St so I just turned onto Eastern and the store was right there in the bottom level of the Avalon. Street parking can be pretty limited in this area but on this particular day I didn't find it hard to grab a spot.
