I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

Once you get there, you have to be buzzed in through the gate. That and the six foot fence topped with barbed wire makes it feel like you're visiting a penitentiary. My suggestion? After two attempts, go online and have it delivered to a FexEx facility close to you.

I would like to discuss the situation further with customer service however... automation bots block me from doing this. Your automated system needs some work FED EX, you have good employees however you give them no support. I am sorry for the employees - I "chatted with the bot a bit" maybe I will get a call back from Customer service.
