Worst experience I've had with a business. For the first time in my life I had to ship something that could not be lost, for the first time ever I used UPS. Well they lost it in that store. I had three other UPS places check on it with shipping code and they all say the same thing, that it was never even in the system and should still be there. All I've gotten from Auburn locations is just file a claim. I don't know what bothers me more, is it they lost my package or don't seem to care. I know the manager, Katlin dose not, she never even bothered to call. Its aa bad business run by bad people. read more

As with Tammy M, I had an incident with the owner in late 2020. He is not a very pleasant person, and regardless if stress, etc. the customer should not be the victim of his attitude and unpleasantness. It is not the proper way to do business. I haven't gone back there since. It turns me off when someone treats me unprofessionally, especially if I am the one paying for the services. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to add this review or not, but I'm going to anyway because the customer service I received from a UPS employee named Trinidad was exceptional! I had tracked a package that was marked as delivered and thought that I hadn't received the item. It turns out that I tracked the wrong order, totally my fault. Upon talking with Trinidad he was so understanding and willing to help. You don't find this kind of customer service these days which was my reason for writing this review. 1. The store does not understand their own product and consistently overcharges for shipping services. (Or they are intentionally overcharging people - it's possible). 2. When called to complain the manager became abusive, threatening, and actually threatened bodily harm. 3. When returning to the store to get a refund for what they messed up manager was again abusive and threatening. Why does this guy even run a store? Never been treated like this. Reaction from manager was absolutely insane. Never ever ever going back to this store again. read more

Went there to print copies this morning. Hours on door said they open at 8:00 am. I got there at 8:30. Not a soul in the place. When a guy did show up at 9:00 am he was so very rude! No instructions or pricing listed anywhere. He told me to email my documents to this email address. I sent 3 separate emails. He went online and printed them for me,without asking what pages to print. I asked him for future reference how do I fix this? I also asked on cost per page. .13 cents plus a buck per email. I said that if I had known that, I would have sent all documents in one email. When I saw that he was printing coupons that were somehow in the document for my taxes how I could chose pages next time so I wasnt paying for pages I didnt need, he got very hostile and told me to just take my things and GET OUT! I was like, seriously? I then asked his name and who was in charge there? He told me he was the owner and he was too stressed to deal with it! Another man had come in because he had an appointment with a notary to sign papers and he had signed up on the website. He then told the man that the notary had quit and he told him to go somewhere else. He then proceeded to complain how someone had called in with a migraine. WOW! I can see why he would have called in. This owner of the place was not a nice man at all. Seriously have never experienced a business owner, so rude and unprofessional in all my life! I will never go back to that place again, and I am spreading the word to everyone I know! Too bad there isn't a negative star rating. Well at least the papers he did get done were for free. Extremely disappointed in this store. I have shipped two guns in the past 6 months at this store with no issues. Today I went in to ship a gun and the worker informed me that the store owner does NOT ship guns or ammo thru his store. I do not know if this is a NEW UPS rule or if this is the owner of the stores NEW rule ? I will be checking UPS website and ask them. If UPS is refusing to ship guns or ammo I will no longer be doing business with them. read more

I had a very positive experience here. I came in here December 2015 to make a calendar and even though no one had made one before they produced beautiful pics and a high quality calendar (especially for how much it cost). I also left my sunglasses there but the young lady behind the counter kept them and waited for me to return! This is a honest place of business, which is rare. read more
