In today's world I don't understand how businesses like this can get away with the prices they charge clients. I purchased a small item the size of an altoids can and had it shipped from this UPS store. They charged me 63 dollars for something I could have shipped for 4 bucks. I realize they have overhead, and it is a 3rd-party shipper, but you are scamming people by charging these kinds of prices. I need to open a UPS store and undercut all these outrageous shippers. I would make a killing. read more

Very unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. After missing a delivery on a Friday, I went there to get my delivery (which by the way was important medicine needed) on Monday. I was told that the number was not their number and I needed to go to the Post Office. Once at the Post Office I was told to go back to UPS because the tracking number was theirs! Back to UPS she still insisted it was not their responsibility until i insisted she check because it was a medical delivery. Well yes she found it and said unapologetically, I should have gotten it on Friday!!!! She then gave me a phone number to call! When I arrived home it had been delivered but the slip that I signed and left was never taken!!! Does ANYONE there know what's happening??? Sigh. read more

I've used their services many times before, with good results. However, today I was pretty shocked to see that all 3 of the people working in the store were not wearing masks -- not even around their necks. This is in March 2021, and Covid is still around. So if you want to use this UPS store's services, keep in mind that they are quite lax when it comes to following public health guidelines. read more

UPS STORE #5367 We are an elderly couple, we purchased and paid UPS $367 to ship some estate auction times (valued at $832), one of which was an Antique Tiffany Table Lamp $175 arrived broken on 9/07/21. We were told that we would receive a phone call to have an UPS representative set up an in-home appointment to come inspect the item for the reimbursement process. Instead, UPS sent two men on two different occasions not to inspect but to pick up the "package" with intentions to return it, which was NOT was we requested. So after nearly 20 phone calls back to UPS and 50 days later, we finally received an appointment call from UPS. Unfortunately it did not go well, we were told in an ugly, disrespectful manner that our refund was NOT GOING TO HAPPEN because the value is not over $1,000. How can this be true? Why do people treat the elderly so ugly and do not care? We would love for someone to contact us and let us know what happened or how we can get some help with this matter. I used this facility to send a package and it was picked up. I found out i was being scammed. I tried to recall the package as soon as I found out but UPS said it had to go to the ups it was being sent to and then returned. I stopped by several times at this store to pick up my returned package and request a refund. The fact that they would NOT refund the shipping charges was bad enough, but what was totally frustrating and disrespectful on their part was that the manager kept me waiting about 15 - 20 minutes at least while a previous customer WRAPPED his package! The manager knew who I was and why I was there. All she had to do was acknowledge me and let me know she would not refund my charge. At least that I understood. But to keep me standing there so long just to say NO was realily frustrating, disrespectful, unnecessary and unprofessional. I will definitely have to find a different UPS store to use. And since they are all franchised, I will not do business with this store again. read more

They will preach to you about all of the training they go through to properly package your items but be wary. Due to complete lack of concern, their staff incorrectly packaged a piece of art leading to frame damage. This did not occur while in transit. Glass cover was stuck over a frame with gold leafing. This happened in May and I have yet to receive any compensation for the damage done. I've had to pay $300 to repair the gold leafing on top of the cost to shipping the art. As of today no one has done anything to rectify this situation. read more

Completely Dishonest and don't care whether you package arrives or not. Stay away, worth going anywhere else.

Nice store and convenient location. The staff seems nice and eager to help. My only issue would be the parking. If you go when it's busy in town, good luck finding a parking spot. read more
