We originally contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they promised to do the work and then never showed up for the appointment (worse, without ever telling us they were not showing because the commute was too far, they just never showed up). On a last moment chance we contacted Quick's after seeing their sign along the road in Richfield Springs. They showed up within a couple hours and at the time they said they would. They were prompt, professional, did no damage to our property, and they went above and beyond our expectations. Great work, great intelligent, trustworthy young guys who were polite, helpful, respectful of us and our property and who showed a refreshing level of ambitiousness that is less common to see in these days. Their service was not cheap or extraordinarily low, but for the work they did, their cost was competitive and well worth the expense.

Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem!
