Incompetent! only word to describe them, Bought a boat via CL from a resident in the Utica NY area,…read moretook the boat to this crew to tune up and check out, they returned the boat to me with ZERO antifreeze returned into the motor, only water, almost cost me a cracked engine block. Fortunately, I asked the brilliant manager Mike if they put antifreeze back into the motor, he said no and blamed me for not asking them to do it.. Really??? What a complete idiot, temps the next week dropped below 20 over night for 3 days in a row, (late March 2013), Mike said, you will be fine it wont freeze. Do that with your boat Mike!! not mine.... I quickly saved my own boat by re-winterizing it myself after they tuned it up,, DONT take your boat to this crew,, a bunch of bumbling fools!!
