He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

The cherry on top is the detailing they do to the inside of your vehicle - whether it was related to the damage done or not. It's like you're getting a brand new vehicle when you pull out of there. Mary Lou and the rest of the front counter staff are tremendously friendly, and keep you informed all along the way.
