He said he'd look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem!
