I have been going to this location for years. I really like what the new owners have done. The only complaint I have is that one of the employees parks his Hyundai directly in front of the store, which takes away parking from customers who are carrying in packages, which is really frustrating. read more

The manager of the store does not like it when people need to file a complaint apparently, or doesn't like hearing them. Since January I have been using this store to complete citizenship and goverment documents. The notary three times has not notarized documents properly, missing the seal, and this has resulted in time lost, re-ordering of goverment documents and forms for notarizing which costs money. I did not attempt to complain about this because everyone makes mistakes and I could easily fix it although it cost a lot. I then mailed documents using this UPS for Apostille at the state level and had it returned because the document again wasn't notarized properly. In August, I mailed documents to the US Department of State for Apostille which in itself is a three month wait...with a pre-paid return UPS envelope with the assistance of this store. Upon return almost two months later, the document was flagged as counterfeit by UPS control department after it left the State Department because according to UPS " this store has a counterfeit label problem". I called the main UPS number on the delivery exception notification, who told me to go to the store to resolve the problem and have the manager re-route my documents because they could prove I paid for it. Erich the manager, who I have never met before, refused to help me over the phone as soon as I said the word complaint, I told him I could come to the store instead and wasn't ready to do the complaint yet as this problem was more important. I told him how frustrating this was and I was very dissatisfied with this happening so many times over several months. As soon as I arrived to the store, he told me to leave. When I asked why? He just said to leave. I politely refused because I had not done anything wrong. I asked him if he could please assist or could someone else because if not addressed the documents would be gone and take another year to replace. He threatened to call security and I confirmed I had not done anything wrong and calling security because someone was asking him to attempt resolve an issue and allow me to also file a complaint was not grounds to bully and threaten someone with security. Erich mocked my situation and made fun of it, the situation becoming so hard to believe, I started to cry. When he left to get the security, I stood in line and when my turn, asked for help again to locate my documents with the tracking number, I had been notified to come to the store because of an unusual problem, and they all ignored me. One employee did eventually begin to assist which was very nice, but by that time Erich had returned with a sheriff and I was escorted out. In the defense of the other three store employees who were there they seemed uncomfortable with what he was doing and like they didn't understand this was happening either. Not one time did I raise my voice, curse, say anything mean or rude, even when he seemingly mocked the situation. But I was completely stunned and couldn't believe it was happening. I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. Although it was uncomfortable, I have never seen so many others not stand up for something that was clearly wrong. I am honestly shocked that rather than help me fix it, he chose to be so mean. I tried to call the owner after the Sheriff gave me their numbers, and they would answer and hang up, so I left a message. The sheriff who was very sweet and sympathetic, apologized to me for what Erich did agreed it was wrong. His attitude, aggressive behavior was one thing but clearly being abusive in his position is outrageous. Also abusive of our security team at Brambleton and LCSO. Why create such an uncomfortable and strange situation when you can be the one to help? read more

UPS store is always friendly and helpful when I need to mail a package. They also sell tape and supplies for mailing packages! I have mailed several packages here and the staff is always super friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. The parking lot in Brambleton usually stays pretty busy, but you should be able to find a spot not too far. read more

Using UPS wasn't the most obvious choice for print services. In the past, I usually would just use Kinkos. But I was in a pinch and someone recommended this store for me and I'm really glad they did. I travel quite a bit for client meetings and so my choice is to lug around 30 pounds of PowerPoints or just have my materials waiting for me when I arrive. Steve and Mark have been really helpful making sure that all my print jobs look great and arrive all over the country when and where I need them. In addition to just being able to talk to someone who is looking out for my budget, it is really nice to know I've got a partner to help me think about my printing needs. read more

I never post reviews but was saddened to receive poor service when shipping a box from this location. A new associate, accidentally left off the apartment number of which I confirmed for shipment. Unfortunately, it took a week for the box to return back to the UPS store. I was never notified of the returned box. I followed up and went to retrieve it. read more

This UPS store never disappoints me. I find myself easily annoyed and frustrated at post offices or shipment centers, but the fast, friendly customer service here alleviates those feelings. My experience here is always quick and to the point. There's no sales pitch about how it's important to buy insurance or how I should upgrade to 2-day shipping. I've only had to wait in a "line" once (there were two people in front of me). Also, I love how I can drop off any package with a prepaid label, regardless if it's through UPS or not. I was sent here on Saturday from the South Riding UPS store for notary services, as they didn't have one on staff. I arrived very distraught due to my interaction and experience at the other store, but that quickly changed once I walked in and was greeted by Sarah with a smile. The energy in the store was great, and after explaining what happened she immediately put my worries at ease. When it was all said and done, I went to pay, and in an effort to make up for everything, she gave me one of my notaries for free. From now on I am going to make the hike to come to this location. I'm very torn, as I've encountered some great customer service here. But it takes just 1 person to completely ruin your experience and that's exactly what happened today! A (older) lady by the name of Lorraine was extremely RUDE this morning as I dropped off 2 packages. She implied if I didn't have tape at home and smirked at me and nodded her head (her exact words were: "don't you have tape at home to put this together yourself?". I asked her, excuse me (you can imagine my shock)? And she continued to smirk and shake her head. Not sure exactly what she's trying to imply and get out of it, but I need assistance with my shipment and she made it seem like this was not her job to do (as if I was inconveniencing her). I've been here countless times, and I've always had great customer service in the employees helping me with putting the shipping label and taping the box -- is this a crime?! If you happen to be a manager reading this, PLEASE talk to your staff LORRAINE, as she NEEDS to have better attitude and communication skills with customers. Brambleton is a fantastic place but I find her revoltingly rude behavior doesn't fit the community!!! read more
