Brotha at the front desk helped me save tons with excellent customer service. You know who you be

Figured I'd start using ups in addition to USPS for my part time business. I tried out the printing for labels and delivery. Delivery has been fine so far but printing's a mess. Jobs were never done by pickup time, and this last one they never let people know that the printers and everything was down. Not sure if this is on corporate or the store itself but either way I'm just gonna switch to Saigon printing around the corner from now on read more

Word place to go to i send a package one day they charge over 100 and she didn't get package and they never gave us money back or package they are liars read more

Stay away. You've been warned. I came in here a couple of weeks ago to return a prepackaged UPS box. The owner charged me a $1, not sure why and refused to give me a receipt for the amount I paid for sending a prepackaged-prepaid box. He did give me receipt with the UPS barcode as proof as I sent the package back to Amazon. Guess what? THEY NEVER SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON. Amazon is now charging me for the item because they never received it. In the 10+ years I've been an Amazon Prime member, I've never had an issue with a return until I walked into this place because all other places are closed due to COVID. read more

Ok I think I got the same angry Asian guy, I came in stood in a short line, he said come over, no, Hello! I asked for a flat rate box, he said we don't have them go to Post office, To myself I thought the reason I'm here is because it's closed. I asked again can you tell me the difference between flat rate. What is flat rate..what I was asking UPS PRICES COMPARED TO POST OFFICE, he just stared at me with an angry face. You lost a customer! I send alot of packages, if he would of been patient and helpful, no he was just angry, he needs a nap or vacation. I left the store waving my phone I said I was going to yelp his behavior and thanked him for great customer service. By the way I'm elderly woman with health issues, I was wearing a surgical mask due to said health conditions. Did that upset him? Does he have an issue with elderly people? read more

Great convenient spot. So lucky to have in my neighborhood. Superb customer service!!!

The bald short man at the store snapped at my two year old because my son touched a button. Horrible customer service and atmosphere. Who talks to a toddler like that ? Contacting manager read more

The UPS Store - DEC2013 - Shipping Centers Near Me - Alhambra, California

Made an appointment for online for a notary service at 3:30. The lady told me that she doesn't know why there are online appointment when they only take appointments over the phone. WHAT?! Thanks for nothing!! I was there at 3:05 and she said the notary left already. Therefore could not get my paperwork done. read more

Good for returns . However I came to fax items that was way too expensive for the quality of faxing. I've been waiting an HOUR and still not a successful fax was sent. read more

I can't say enough of How professional Steve is and how much of a help he's been even with the rush because of Christmas. Very professional

The young white guy with glasses is not helpful at all. I ask why the package is open and look beat up? He said "the package came like that" and the way he placed the package in the table was handle roughly and no care at all. read more

Terrible service. I tried to call and was immediately put on hold. I literally drove all the way there while on hold and when I walked in, there was no customers at all. They said "there was a big line right before I got there", but the store was empty and no apology was offered. Their service and manners SUCK! read more

I have to join in the chorus of negative reviews for this UPS Store. I made an appointment for a notary, and he was very rude and remarkably misinformed. UPS should definitely note the reviews and take corrective actions regarding this particular location. read more

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Daniel the manager was very stellar in his customer service even when he was helping us multiple customers. Made up for the bad experience from another different printing place I had went to right before. Also Rick was awesome too. Not to mention parking lot structure for the plaza which is always helpful read more

Came in today to drop off a package. I needed a receipt so I had to wait for the person. She was soooo slow! There was only 1 person who was there already getting service & I still had to wait 7 minutes before the cashier even looked at me. :( It's the closest UPS, but it's so inefficient. Go to the one in the Costco/Souplantation plaza. So much better! read more

Awful. Terrible service. One guy was totally illegible. Rude. Ignored prompts and questions. AVOID read more

the WORST experience ever. I brought my package in to drop off, and asked to purchase a box. The person I dealt with was Greg. He rang me up and said that the total was close to $20. FOR A BOX!? He said, "yup." I had to get the package shipped (which already had a shipping label, so, yes, $20 for a box). I got home and finally looked at the receipt. He charged me $9 for the box, and the rest was a bunch of unnecessary packaging. Greg took advantage that I was in a hurry and that I needed to ship this package today. Horrible experience. Never going back. read more

Pro: + Will gave you receipt at prepaid drop off label. + Friendly Staff but always different person. + Less crowded than other UPS Con: - Parking can be problem during peak hours. read more

Service here was quick and prompt! Didn't really get to speak to the service staff as much since my visit was speedily taken care of, but there wasn't too bad of a wait. Only con about this store is probably the location. Parking is a bit difficult. The spots in the front are typically taken already and the spots in the parking garage in back can be a bit far when you have a lot of large packages to walk over to the ups store. read more

Badly-run UPS store, the owner Tom is incompetent and incredibly rude to any new customers who aren't familiar with his special rules for the store. I asked the owner if I could get a packing slip to fill out while waiting in line, only to have him give an attitude and tell me to wait in line first. Apparently he runs his store differently, and doesn't have slips that customers can fill out themselves; very inefficient. Maybe put some signs up telling your customers this, rather than bark at them in an attempt to overcompensate for your lack of a fulfilling life, Tom. I get to the front only to have him reject my package. What kind of UPS store doesn't accept UPS account numbers? Tom also stated that this was standard procedure across the stores. I wonder how was it that I was able to ship 4 boxes just 2 months ago in the Glendora store then? read more

My God! What if, hear me out, WHAT IF you did your job? I pay extra money for next day Delivery so that I could have some thing to bring to my family on Thanksgiving. I sit at home all day on Wednesday, not running important errands, so that I could be home to except and receive the delivery. Instead the driver doesn't even bother coming to my door but instead leaves a sticky note that he/she was unable to deliver the package. Which was weird, BECAUSE I WAS HOME. Also odd, Since I was able to receive 2 other packages from 2 other couriers. So now I have to go pick up my package, which is weird because I paid for DELIVERY. I go to the listed location to find the 2 workers in the back just chilling away on their Mobil devices. Cool. Does anyone at UPS actually do their job?! Just curious. Guess what? They don't have my package. Now I have to come back on the next business day. Which is Friday. Which is too late. Thanks guys! Hey if you were curious, 'what Brown could do for me' let's start with your job. You can do your job. K. Thanks. read more

They're alright. Parking is located in the back of the store but you can find parking out front too. I took two stars off because the lady who helped me out was more interested in eavesdropping on a different customers interaction than with helping me out. I stood in front of her staring at her for a bit before she finished my transaction. My package was on the scale and she just needed to print me out a receipt, for some reason though she didn't push any buttons until I'd been there for about a minute. read more

Worst experience ever. There's a review of some Asian guy that works here and at about 12:49p Saturday. This dude did the same thing to me! I went in happy and nice then this dude says come over. Then I put my package down and he was trying to scan it and I was just trying to turn the package a little for him to scan easier. Then he says in a loud angry voice "let go!" Geeez brother it's not my fault you work here and hate your life. He's probably single and alone and hates himself. Geeeez I just got my receipt and took off. I was having a good day until this happened. It's a customer service store, do your damn job or just do this area a favor and find a new job. I doubt anyone would hire this clown. I wish I got the dude in the back he seemed a lot nicer. If you come here make sure you avoid the bald Asian dude that looks like he's 50. read more

Giving this UPS Store some much need luv. Customer Service: The employee who helped me today was awesome, to say the least. He was professional, personable, and efficient! I had a complicated request (printing different files with different labels and at various amounts) and he was still patient! A few of the prints were a bit off (since I saved it as a .docx and was using a mac) and he reprinted it for free! Parking: There's street parking right in front of the store. I went today at noon and it was fine. Super easy! However, I can imagine it to be a bit more difficult on the weekends. read more

I had to ship 2 boxes to Canada and 2 within the USA. Daniel Haag helped me with my shipment. I, however, didn't realize how meticulous this process was because Canada asks for *everything* in the boxes to be listed. When I packed up the boxes, I was in such a rush and didn't pay THAT close attention to everything I threw in them. Anywho, Daniel was SUPER patient with me as I tried to remember the items in the boxes so he could list it. Even as the line continuously grew behind me with only one other worker at the time, Daniel could've easily grown annoyed at me while I rummaged through my foggy memory of every single thing that I threw hastily into my boxes. BUT Daniel was so professional and kept his cool. Daniel kindly asked if I minded if he could assist the other customers, while I tried to remember, and returned to check up on me- still with such grace and patience. I truly appreciated it!! God bless you, Daniel! My packages arrived safely to their destinations! Thank you! read more

I usually go to the ups in Pasadena but today I needed to ship out product for my small business. This one was closer, so I decided to try it out. Biggest mistake. My boyfriend and I waited while the clerk ignored us and was on her phone. Only after she looked up and waved us over. I didn't even put my packages down, she barked rudely and firmly " I'm not giving you receipts or guaranteeing these will get delivered". Ok that's great, I'm young but I follow with current events and understand how mail works. What I don't understand is how someone who ignores and works in customer service can be so bothered by simply doing her job. What she could of done or the professional way would of offered me options, but no! She was iterrupted by a customer , I'm so sorry employee. Don't worry I will not be coming back to interrupt your important text session. If anything I'll stick with my store in Pasadena those employees appreciate and respect patrons. read more

Printing, faxing or coping is here cme to this location . It rarely gets crowded here . I only come here if its urgent.

I've came to this location twice now and I have not been disappointed . I'm not too savvy with shipping items but the staff here are excellent, friendly and went above to help me ship my items. They seem to have a good flow the two times that I've gone, so I appreciate the extra time and help they provide. read more

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, even when you're just dropping off a package and not buying anything.

Horrible service. Rude attitude all around. I dropped off a package and politely asked the bald guy how many days it would take. He shamelessly said:" I have no idea." Thought you work here? read more

I frequent this ups a lot when I have to drop off packages or print something out. The staff is very helpful and works very quick! They know you're busy too! I had to use this UPS store twice in one day for packaging and shipping. Both times I was greeted in a friendly manner, and both employees help me out greatly. They both researched different prices and options (box sizes, packing materials) and helped me decide on the best choice. They were not pushy at all and I appreciated that. Two things stuck out that made this location exception in my opinion: 1. Daniel gave me a printout that I could look at to compare the options & prices. Then, as I was paying, he noticed I was a AAA plus member and he gave me a discount for that! I had no idea it was even an option. I SO appreciated that. I don't know if the regular AAA gives you a discount so do your research w/AAA first. 2. Denia was incredibly sweet & SO helpful. She made a special box for me to fit my odd shaped items. She saved me a lot of money there & the Co. still made money off the materials and packaging fee. Overall WIN WIN and I will definitely use them for any future services! Thank you again. :) read more

Omg. So expensive. $7.90 to use a computer to print and fax. $2 for 2mins use on the computer. 40 cents to print 2 b/w pages. $1.50 first pg to fax, $1 every pg thereafter. Good service overall. But wtf. Just because the public library is closed due to preparation for Veterans Da read more

It's my first time here for a prepaid drop-off. The staff was friendlier than other UPS stores in my opinion. But that might be just because I got a friendlier staff today. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE is BIPOLAR!!! Awhile back I dropped off a package and I had a great experience, today was terrible! I just came from here for another drop off, but since there's no signage for place to leave it, I didn't want to take off... An older Asian man, late 50's, wearing his black ups uniform--doesn't even look up to acknowledge me or he would be right with me. Instead he kept his head low writing stuff down from the customer and I can hear their conversation--it was about personal matters, like who owns this current UPS store, and this guy owns all the store now except the one in Foothill...I don't mind waiting but my issue is first off, stop having private small talk conversations--also they started talking about the customer's bankruptcy that he owns a car rental blah blah blah...yes I'm annoyed because as I'm waiting to simply hand off a ONE small package and be on my way...instead I had the privy to their not so public gossip...so unprofessional. This whole time--this old Asian guy doesn't acknowledge me or even look up. I started to feel like their conversation can potentially take a while and again I just need to freaking drop off, no service needed!!! So I said, "can I just leave this here pls?!" The Asian guy ignores me, at least the customer started to feel a bit uncomfortable and started to move along his personal story. Then a white guy came from the back of the store and I flagged him...hey can I just leave this here? He came up took the package and voila!!!! I'm out of there...wow..to this Asian guy--I know you work there and must be boring at 12:49pm--and you need some bromance gossip but some of us have to go back to work. read more

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Daniel was amazing. I am mediately told him my situation, and he helped me right away. He's the best. I'm sure everyone that works there is awesome, because it rubbed off them from Daniel. Go daniel go go daniel go! read more
