IN NO WAY did the lady on the phone tell me they absolutely had to have the tracking right away because it would take them literally an hour or more to find my package once I arrive. She should have told me it would take a really long time to find it when I was on the phone with her and that she absolutely must have it right away since they would have only one hour from the time I arrive to search for it. I waited one hour and in that time they two guys had only gone though half of 500 packages. So 250 packages/60 minutes is 4 packages a minute for one person and only 2 packages a minute when 2 people are looking. How pathetic! I can look through at least 10 a minute that means I could've actually gone through all 500 packages in one hour by myself! Now because of their pathetic performance of two men looking at only two packages per man for an hour I now have wasted a total of three hours an hour to drive to Palmdale in an hour to drive back home in an hour of waiting
