A career pool consultant had advised us that Aloha Pools is the best pool building contractor in…read morethe Charlotte metro area, and our experience with them definitely proved this recommendation was well deserved! We had been burnt by flawed work on the initial build by a another firm, so were very glad to learn that Aloha has expanded into the repair and improvement side of the trade craft. And, we were even more pleased to get their bid to bring the pool to top standards, which was less than we could hope/ imagine. And, best of all, they exceeded our highest hopes/ ideals, completed the work quickly, and were amazingly responsive throughout the process. Aloha has awesome personnel at all levels, dazzles with quality and value, demonstrates old fashioned commitment to their quality and value, and ensures confidence that you'll never need to look for any other pool builder/ servicer in the future. We are so grateful for Miguel and crew!

I offered a Monday where I was at home. They couldn't make it, absolutely no problem at all. Miguel said let him know any day the rest of the week and they'll be there. Checked my schedule then arranged things around with work to be able to be home on Thursday. Asked him on Tuesday if Thursday would work, he said yes. Then Thursday morning, he asked what time, I said outside of 1-2 PM, I am free any time, just give me a heads up when you're on your way. Said he would and then nothing. No text, didn't show up, didn't call. I can understand if things happen but, the expectation is communicating that. Pretty disrespectful as customers tend to need to work around their own schedules to accommodate these builders who overall don't seem to have respect for peoples' time. If you're not accepting work, don't say you will then never show up and waste peoples' time. When companies act this way for people who haven't given them any money yet, just imagine once they've got skin in the game. Would avoid any place that isn't going to do the minimum for a good first impression.

I cannot say enough about how excellent Clay is!!! He is the real deal. He represents what a local…read morebusiness owner is all about-- hard work & commitment to his customers. We have a large in ground pool & spa with a waterfall, & have used other companies in the past. I'm home when they come & let me tell you-- the employees the other companies sent out did 1 speck of the work that Clay does & also charged much more!! (On top of that, one company we used left dozens of heavy bags of chemicals by our pool pump to use when they come instead of having to "deal with it" at each visit. 2 companies in the past have dumped the contents of our pool filter right down onto our rocks by the pump, so it was a piled up wet leaf mess out there. Unlike those companies, Clay is DETAIL oriented, KIND & an excellent man to do the job. He even leaf-blows our pool patio area! I wish I could have someone like him do all of our home work because he cares about what he does. **This man has also helped me on multiple occasions, by rolling my trash bin from the road to its place, after the dump truck emptied it! He did it without me even knowing or asking which is the kindest gesture for this Momma with her hands always full!** You will NOT be disappointed in Clay!! :)
