I have since learned that Alexander and team never received my original feedback until I had posted my review on yelp. And within days of posting I was called and asked what happen and how they could make things right. I forwarded my original feedback along with multiple pictures and immediately was told that action would be taken to correct the issues. Then came bad weather and various other events, but I will say, they called me every few days to keep me apprised of their availability to ensure it worked for both of us. Today, I am happy to say that a crew came out and put new gates in and repaired some of the other findings. As I expected, the crew came through and did an excellent job. They made sure that I was satisfied. The Project Manager later called me and asked if it all met my satisfaction. He gave me his number and said to call him if something else came up that presented an issue. I debated on leaving the original post up or not, but I wanted to leave it as a lesson learned. Not often is it sufficient to send a text or an e-mail, it takes both parties to try various forms of communications to ensure feedback is given and received. This works both ways. I think Alexander calling today even after he knew the job was done and asking/telling me to not hesitate to reachout. This company clearly is concerned about doing a good job and maintaining an excellent reputation. I would highly recommend them.

He came to our house, we talked about what we wanted in a fireplace, discussed design styles etc. He measured and then came back some time later (a week or two? I forget) with some ideas and prices. We chose one and he went to work. Now here is a thing: The first version was not the right size. As we set it up, it was obvious. It would not work. He apologized, took it home, and fixed it. The fixed version actually looks better! And he stuck to his quoted price. No "extra materials" BS here. It was his error, and he made it right without charging us an extra penny! One thing I should add: The full process, from initial email to final installation, took about 5 months. This is not some quick "knock it out in a couple of weeks" sort of job. And Lorenzo was always clear about the demands on his time. And as you can see from the stars, we think it was worth every second. See the picture! We have a beautiful screen/door setup that is heavy enough to stop a rhino. If you are willing to pay and wait for real craftsmanship, not something stamped out of aluminum, Lorenzo is your guy. They told me they would start construction in 7-10 days and complete the project four days after beginning. That was a bold faced lie. They "started" after three weeks, and barely got anything done. I am now 20 WEEKS into the project and they're still not finished. To make it worse, the quality of their install is TERRIBLE. I am ashamed of the fence they built.
