After talking with other companies, Royal Tree came in significantly cheaper so they got the work! Scheduling was easy and worked well with the day I work from home. I got my invoice ahead of time (same day Victor came and quoted the work) Communication was great. When I texted, texts came back quickly. Victor paid close attention to my instructions during the estimate meeting and his team did a great job not just scalping the jacaranda but leaving some green on it so it wasn't as bare as other services have done in the past. He wanted my opinion again on one of the branches before doing the work. His team even ripped out the remaining roots of an old pomegranate tree we had removed years ago but kept coming back. When the job was done, he had me come check it all out to make sure everything met my expectations.
