They worked like an elite army unit. Not much talking. Mostly doing. Everyone knew his task. Everyone knew where to be and what to do. They worked together in complete harmony--professional, organized, efficient, and safe. Before hiring them, I also checked their credentials. One thing that really stood out: they were one of the few companies I considered that carried Workers' Compensation insurance. As a homeowner, that matters. A lot. The result? Amazing job. Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Valerie, Mike, and the Army for such a great experience and a beautiful result. I highly recommend them! Avner Gat

Mike at All About Trees has been our arborist for over 25 years. He and his crew are reliable,…read morehardworking, knowledgeable and very professional. Today we had 3 very large pine trees trimmed and our greatest concern is always the furry friends that call these trees home. Other tree companies may scoff, but Mike understands and his crew always look before they cut. We greatly appreciate this. We also wanted to save branches to use in landscape around our yard. We've seen this at various So Cal parks and arboretums and like the way it adds to the "woodsy" feeling to the flora. The guys not only were courteous about this, they also regularly checked to see if we wanted any of the saved branches trimmed. Some yes, but some long ones will get a special arrangement and the guys helped haul those to a separate staging area. Aside from the 3 very large pines, we had cypress, juniper and a "smaller", juvenile pine we needed trimmed and "tipped." The juniper has a draping privacy aspect to a side patio Hubs was thinking of clearing out, but after walking through and cutting as Hubs pointed, we had a nicely sculpted, shorter drape w/dead branches cleaned out and perfect clearance from the house. The additional pine needed to be clear of a property line, but we also are working towards a particular shape with that tree, since it's young. The crew understood everything, communication was great and Hubs is happy with the results. If you are in need of an excellent, licensed, bonded, professional crew - that has been working together for over 20 years! - call All about trees. Valerie will answer and get you on Mike's calendar for an estimate. Tell them "CC" sent you. Cheers! "CC"

Yamill came on time, spent time assessing the tree all around, not just from afar like the others. He advised not to trim the tree mid summer while in this condition and gave me his card to call him in the winter when the tree is dormant to see what course of trimming action, if any, we can take once the tree is properly fed and watered over this period. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatment, or pruning...he could have. I really appreciated the level of professionalism.

However Royal Oak removed each large branch separately and the branches were carefully lowered to the ground to avoid any damage to the fencing, sprinklers, etc. The swimming pool was covered during the work effort and there were no debris floating around.
