Ernesto called and texted, came by and gave a very good estimate and even said he'd include removing a roof-high weed tree that had grown up along the rear of the house that the insurance hadn't even mentioned. Ernesto and a team of about 5 guys showed up the next day and I was very happy they were all outfitted with the proper safety equipment, including headgear. Very professional. They worked quickly, and well coordinated - obviously these guys had been working together for a while. In just a few hours they had a 40-foot overgrown pepper tree and an overgrown Juniper and the weed tree done and pulverized and the area cleaned!
