    Wydaho nachos (half order)

Nothing better than a drink, wydaho (waffle fries) nachos, and live music at the trap after a long day of skiing. The nachos are enormous and perfectly layered with lots of fixings in every bite. Music is always a vibe. Fun, friendly crowd. I look forward to this après every year!!

Great ski bar! Served by Gaelyn, who was super friendly and made an amazing Mexican Mule (ask for Cazadores Tequila). Super amazing Mahi Mahi Tacos! Chill atmosphere and steps away from the mountain for lunch during skiing, and Apres Ski! Check them out!!

What a great time in a great location. The bar opens at 11 and everyone seems to know it. By 1105 the place is pretty full. There are a wide variety of beers on tap and in a can ready to go with you on to the slopes. The wait staff is easy on the eyes and really friendly. Is there a best thing on the menu? They seem to promote their nachos and waffle fries. Plenty of people order that and want it. I say the hidden gem is the fish tacos. Grilled not fried. What a difference. The worst thing to do is have a healthy alternative and then get the fried inside fish. These again are grilled. Tasty cole slaw and pico sauce on the side. Ask for the side salad instead of the tater tots or the fries if you are trying to be healthy. Then the bands come out. Man the whole atmosphere changes. People jump up and go dancing and the whole bar comes alive. What a great experience. Enjoy my friends.

We are staying in Driggs and came up to Targhee for lunch. This place didn't disappoint. We got a bowl of the soup of the day which was chicken curry. It was delish. One word of warning though, it is served VERY HOT. ( I burnt my tongue) We also got the Trapper Cheeseburger. We got it with Swiss cheese and added bacon beer cheese dip. That dip was so flavorful. It also has jalapeños in it. But not too spicy. We got the tots with the burger. We are from Utah and like Fry Sauce. And they don't serve it here but we asked for mayo and made our own. . It is Tuesday afternoon and they have Moonshine Mary's open mic with live music. Very nice. We love music. Definitely worth the drive to this ski resort to eat, even if you aren't skiing.

The service and the food is uneven. My last meal was below average and waitress had a poor attitude.

Traditional slope side apres ski bar. Food is great and so is the service. No kids allowed, except for from 6-8 for dinner.

What a trip! Claude…read morewas the fantastic guide that led our ATV adventure and he was incredible! Four of us in the group for the day; two rode singles, with one being a newbie and I chose to sit in the princess seat behind my hubby as he drove our ATV. We were in excellent hands. Claude stopped us only a few times to take in the spectacular views from Shadow Mountain and what a spectacular photographer too! I would HIGHLY recommend taking the ATV tour and make sure you request Claude! Nitty Gritty -helmets were provided and fitted at the offices in Jackson. -we wore our own sunglasses under the shades built into the helmets. -we drove ourselves to a pin drop 25min outside of town and then followed Claude up to the trailhead where our ATV waited. -we reviewed safety and controls of each vehicle and hit the trail -we all wore long pants and variations of long sleeves because the dust is NO joke! -lunch was a simple sandwich with condiments and toppings on the side along with an ice cold water -there is a storage space about the size of a small backpack on each vehicle and we were able to secure our extras (sunscreen, layers, extra water, etc) in there BUT it was filthy at the end - it is not dust proof. -when the tour is done you end back at your cars and are on your own way from there

They also would not rent out the tow if we weren't experienced with it. So we decided to book two of the touring models out of Alpine (approx 45min drive from Jackson Hole). The office staff was amazing and so helpful. They had all the gear you needed to borrow except balacavas. Highly recommend bringing one or buying in office. The instructions and map were pretty simple. The trail is easy to follow and so beautiful. Kids had a blast. We were able to see a group of deers and a coyote. The river you drive along is so beautiful. Highly recommend.

For $600-850 a snow mobile, this outfit is greatly missing customer etiquette. We were told to be ready at 6am sharp. We wanted to confirm which side of the hotel pickup was, however neither the 1800 or 307 numbers work. We called repeatedly, text the 307 number, and had no idea if we'd been scammed until the coach showed up at 6:28. Showing up late with no working phone number was shocking for an outfit that demands logistics and communication at 6am. Once the coach showed up, I asked Jeff (guide) if there's any coffee since it's a 1+ hour ride to Yellowstone and coffee shops were not open. Scenic Safari's response? "You can die for an hour in the back." A bit rude, I ignored it. For comparison, the hotel shuttle that runs FOR FREEE has coffee and hot chocolate prepped in the van. No coffee on a $600-800 per person is one thing, but "You can die for an hour in the back," has ZERO customer etiquette. We get in the coach and the man has the lights on full blast over our heads. When asked to dim them since it's pitch black outside and the contrast painful to anyone with migraines, Jeff makes the remark "lights are going off because there's someone sensitive in the back." Zero basic customer etiquette. Just turn the light off. Everyone heard the request. Three strikes before the fist 30 minutes of the trip with 8 hours to go.

Would highly recommend booking! The only critique I have is that the website could use a bit more information (bring towels! I did my research of how to rent snowmobiles in Jackson but ended up finding the best of both worlds: a snowmobile tour that went to hot springs! I booked the Granite Hot Springs Tour Half Day. There were two timeslots for the tour, early morning or afternoon. I reserved the afternoon session, which started at noon. For our party of 3, I got 2 snowmobiles: one for a solo rider and the 2nd for tandem riding. I appreciated how clearly their website described of what to bring, including necessities for the hot springs like your own swimsuits and towels. A day prior to the tour, Teton Tour Co. called me to confirm my reservations and also answer any logistical questions I had. They were also able to accommodate a last minute change. My friend was staying at The Village, while my husband and I were staying at a hotel in Jackson. Teton Tour Co. was able to pick us up from both of our hotels. Our guide was Matt, and he was awesome. It was everyone's first time riding a snowmobile, and he thoroughly went over how to safely use it. The tour was such a blast! The way to the springs took about 40 minutes, including a couple of scenic stops along the way where we took pictures. The hot springs felt amazing, and it was an invigorating experience all in itself going in and out of the pool with our swimsuits in below 20 degree weather. On the way back, we hit a cool trail where we got to really rip on the snowmobiles. This was a great way to spend a snow day. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour group.
