We attended a bridal expo at The Tower Club yesterday. The only negative was that it was uncomfortably hot inside, perhaps due to overcrowding. We found great vendors for exactly what we were looking for: tuxedos, cake, and officiants! The food and beverages provided by The Tower Club were very nice: a spread of veggies and dip, crostini, cheese, and fruit as well as passed ahi, chicken, and steak. We met some great vendors for our wedding and the club is beautiful with amazing views. I would feel confident booking with them for a private party.

The steak and lobster with the not very appetizing looking sauce.

We went to a Christmas party at the Tower club and it was the first time since it has transferred ownership to Wedgwood. We used to be members of the club back in the day and enjoyed the club for years. We didn't enjoy it this time. The food was sub par at best. We had a filet mignon with some kind of I think it was suppose to be a wine sauce. It tasted awful let alone looked worse. Not a very appetizing color. The lobster was soft and mealy and not very good either. I was not the only guest that thought the lobster was not very good. The mixed vegetables were undercooked beyond al dente. The dessert was some kind of chocolate mousse pie that tasted like they just took it out of a box. The best part of the meal was the coffee. The view was nice as sometimes it can get foggy. The parking was good.

We had a fabulous event at the Tower Club. 180 attendees for Travis Robertson.

Affordable place to have a business lunch and corporate events. Food is great and the view incomparable. Anita is the best!

I honestly can't thank Ginny enough! What a perfect human she is! My husband and I both liked her from day one! We only looked at this venue because she was so fantastic. First of all the venue is gorgeous! It's stunning with the white wainscoting and that view is spectacular! We chose the beach venue and even on a cold and windy day in JULY , it couldn't have been more perfect! We live between Vegas and LA so nobody was actually from there. People came from afar to spend this day with us in a city I'm not really familiar with but fell in love with the venue. The price was on point. She didn't try to upswell us. She only gave us more options. I up sold us myself on open bar be candy bar which we're both fantastic too! (Manybells creations did our candy bar and flowers.) We never felt rushed. I never had to actually go to a tasting or meeting. We did everything over the phone due to my hectic schedule. In fact, we booked on Christmas Eve. What a trooper Ginny was! Like I said NEVER felt rushed. She went beginning to end with us besides one meeting at the end with Angie who did an awesome job of picking up where Ginny left off. On our wedding day, Ginny lead us through everything until it was her time to go and our Chef/dinner captain took over. The food was delicious! People loved it. The cake was beautiful (a gift of taste). Our DJ Jeffrey was perfect! We had a long phone meeting with him to get things correct because we had such a unique way we were getting married. Our wedding party married us so everyone spoke and he really lead the way along with us so well. Great music and just an all around awesome dude! We had plenty of time to party. Our bartender was sweet. She was concerned about big groups taking shots but I assured her that we are not the frat boy type crowd. The alcohol choices and wine selection were quite nice. It was all very impressive for the package we received. I'm beyond thankful for this team. Everyone in the office was so much fun, happy to be at their jobs, and worked effortlessly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My first time eating there was excellent. Second time the Salmon was too salty. Great service, and beautiful sunset view.

We came here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. We each ordered a cocktail. She got a blueberry margarita and I got a cucumber gin mixed drink. Both were refreshing and delicious. We ended up ordering another round. For appetizers we ordered the crispy maple Brussels and tuna & salmon tartare. The Brussels were fried to perfection and glazed a sweet maple syrup. It also came with thick cuts of bacon. Definitely recommend this. For the tartare, it was also delicious and fresh. It was mixed with avocado and turnip. We thought the turnip would be off putting but it actually meshed well with the flavors. Came with fried wonton chips. For the main course we shared the NY strip and Lobster Malfaldine. The steak was cooked to perfection with a very nice sear and flavored well. Probably one of the better steaks I've ever had. Definitely beats out any steakhouse steak. The Lobster Malfaldine was also absolutely delicious. Most of the time, lobster pasta is usually a bit bland and lacking in lobster. NOT HERE. They included big chunks of lobster and the sauce was so good. Lastly, we ended our dinner with the Strawberry Hand Pie. This is basically a warm strawberry strudel with vanilla bean ice cream. They used locally sourced strawberries and I'm still thinking about it as I'm writing this review. Adrienne was our server and she was very nice and attentive. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday, they comped our dessert. Super nice staff!

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Everyone in our group ordered something different, so we got to sample a little bit of everything, but my personal favorite was the Hangover. Their cappuccinos were also really good, and we loved the pancakes, bacon, chicken fried steak, chili, spicy chicken sandwich, and honestly... the list goes on and on! The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was a little bit of a wait when we went later in the morning, around 10:00, but when we went earlier, we were seated right away. If we're ever back in the area, I already know exactly where we're going for breakfast! Hollywood Beach Cafe will definitely be on our must-visit list.

Waitresses try their best but seem stretched too thin to be very attentive. You are made to use Cakes online ordering and wait list program which is less than ideal because of their slow WiFi. While waiting for a table you are updated on your place in line. On our last visit we waited as next to be seated for 20 minutes as multiple large parties showed up late and were seated immediately. We were told they were friends of the owner and there's nothing they could do but the staff hates it- for what that's worth. Today my Avocado toast left much to be desired. Sourdough tastes like dry thin sliced white bread. Small amount of smashed Avocado; not enough to cover the bread topped with less than fresh pico da gallo, arugula a balsamic drizzle and 3 slices of tomato that were marinated in Italian dressing. All things I like but the combination was not good. BLTA used the same disappointing bread, flaccid under cooked bacon a tiny amount of pesto aioli and more avocado then there was on the avocado toast. Kids mini pancakes were good but chocolate chips are $1 up charge. I will say yesterday's eggs Benedict was good- hollandaise is excellent. Breakfast potatoes were a bit undercooked. Bloody Mary was a bit weak in my opinion. After all of that- I got a look at the receipt and there is a 2% BOH RevShare added to the bill. My best guess is this is fee to help pay the kitchen- To be honest we went here because it was a short walk from the Hilton. After the poor service, bad quality and hidden fees- we would be better off eating on the resort.

We ordered the Ribeye and Carbonara, along with the garlic fries and a blackberry margarita. The Ribeye was cooked beautifully, was juicy and had lots of flavor. At no fault to the restaurant, there was a lot of fat on our cut. Disappointingly, the veggies and mashed potatoes tasted bland and basic, as if from a can. The carbonara was delicious, with crunchy bacon bits and fresh tomato cuts. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was the right consistency. The garlic fries lacked actual "garlic" flavoring, and tasted like regular fries. The blackberry margarita was very delicious. 3/5 stars - Will return

Finding a restaurant that can handle our motley crew including a senior citizen with a walker and a very camera ready little dog has its challenges. Curiosity got the best of me because it looked like a house so I decided to dig a little bit more into it. Apparently, it's a 1920s Spanish bungalow They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is attentive and very friendly. Now the food... Oh man, it was delicious!! I was eating healthy and got just a plain chicken bowl and that was really nothing to write about, but that was my fault because who gets that when surrounded by such yummy food like Strawberry Matcha pancakes or Churro French Toast with kiwi, banana, berries and chantilly cream ‍ Anyways, we got the maple bacon beignets for the table and wow, that was delicious. Warm, fluffy, sweet, salty... yummm!! My son got the 2+2+2. At $23 it was a little pricey for two eggs, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes, but the pancakes were huge and barely fit on the plate. The bacon was also very thick and tasty. Warning: That the house made vanilla caramel syrup they serve is super addicting and you're gonna want to drizzle everything with it!! Everyone else at the table was really happy with what they ordered. Someone also ordered a biscuit on the side and that was by far the fluffiest biscuit I had ever seen. Usually they can be dry and hard, but this one was quite opposite. I've seen other pictures online and I guess it can be a hit or a miss because they don't seem to be consistent.
