The first few times were hard receiving bad unexpected news so my anxiety was higher (cried more, so sorry ha) but today was better-ish knowing Jenna and DDS Martin are who I'd be engaging with. I had to go in recently to fix a few things.. I was treated with the greatest of care from Jenna as she distracted me with her cute life stories and helpful coping techniques. DDS Martin has been honest, knowledgeable and compassionate through my visits. I'm thankful to the team for being nice. They tell you what will happen and keep you informed. Then Ann called me after submitting an inquiry I felt like for the first time in my life I found a compassionate understanding dentist. From my first appointment to my most recent I was so comfortable and so well taken care of I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. The rv is clean and very nice! Dr Garcia is so gentle and so good at his job im never in the chair longer than necessary. He always explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions. Britton, Kendon, and Chris are the absolute best assistants in the world! They are always so wonderful and patient taking me to the bus and they are so great at keeping me comfortable while the dr is working and are very good at every procedure they assist with. I've had a crown, multiple filings, and even deep cleaning done so I can tell you from experience they are the best at everything they do! Even Shanice in billing was so great at communicating with me and my insurance company I was never confused by any bill and she always made it so effortless for me. Not to mention they saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other dentists I went to. Kelly Jo is also wonderful about keeping me updated on all future appointments and making sure I have everything I need. Ann always checks in with me after every appointment and I always feel like I can literally call them for anything I need and they are never hard to reach. I have recommended them to absolutely everyone I know and if you're even considering using them what's better then the best dental staff ever coming to your home?! Walked up to the counter and questioned the staff and was told my cleaning appointment was one hour after the initial dental inspection. Been going there for 9 years and the cleaning was always first and a dentist would follow-up with a two-minute inspection. Somehow reversing the procedure and making the customer wait an excessive amount of time makes sense to them. Walked out and won't return. Never received a cleaning. They still billed my insurance company, even after I verbalized my displeasure. Just not the same anymore.

Let's just say that the moment I walked in I was so impressed by the office for one. It's bright, modern, & CLEAN-loved that, second I was introduced to the staff-specifically the lady at the front desk (forgot her name), crystal, and Dr. Williams. The staff was so sweet and approachable. I felt comfortable right off the bat coming into the office. I was taken back and was explained the whole process and was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had! Crystal was amazing-she's the lady who did my whitening and explained what she was doing and really heard me out when I was feeling sensitivity, etc. She would check up on me while I sat there waiting for my treatments to be finished. I loved everything about this place; the office, the staff, and the procedure itself. I left so happy and confident with a new smile!
