I had to go in recently to fix a few things.. I was treated with the greatest of care from Jenna as she distracted me with her cute life stories and helpful coping techniques. DDS Martin has been honest, knowledgeable and compassionate through my visits. I'm thankful to the team for being nice. They tell you what will happen and keep you informed. Dr Garcia is so gentle and so good at his job im never in the chair longer than necessary. He always explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions. Britton, Kendon, and Chris are the absolute best assistants in the world! They are always so wonderful and patient taking me to the bus and they are so great at keeping me comfortable while the dr is working and are very good at every procedure they assist with. I've had a crown, multiple filings, and even deep cleaning done so I can tell you from experience they are the best at everything they do! Even Shanice in billing was so great at communicating with me and my insurance company I was never confused by any bill and she always made it so effortless for me. They take care of many elderly and memory care patients which is not easy to do, but they do it with ease. The office staff are so sweet and informative. After some research I came across Longbow Dental Care. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and engaging. My husband had an appointment a couple of weeks before mine and had Dr. Moh as his dentist so I had already met him and immediately liked his bedside manner, so naturally I requested him to be my dentist as well. The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and was awesome at addressing my anxiety issues. Because I was a new patient I received an exam and x-rays for 60.00. A reasonable price in my book. After the exam by the hygienist, Dr. Moh came in and discussed what needed to be done and why. He was patient and answered all my questions. After he left one of the office ladies came in to discuss the price of the procedure I need. Somehow reversing the procedure and making the customer wait an excessive amount of time makes sense to them. Walked out and won't return. Never received a cleaning. They still billed my insurance company, even after I verbalized my displeasure. Just not the same anymore.

The fact he was in North Scottsdale was probably a big reason why it was so expensive. Needles to say, I waited to get on a dental plan before I got them filled. I found Dr. Williams through my dental insurance (and the fact he was close to me). He was awesome & so was his technician. Even though it had been two years since my last cleaning, the tech was very gentle and I had no pain whatsoever from the cleaning. Dr. Williams was very thorough and extremely nice. The cost to do seven fillings plus the amalgam out was many hundred dollars less than the other Dentist. My insurance covered all of it and I couldn't have been happier with the experience!
