When I found out I needed alot of dental work I was terrified. I am agoraphobic and had horrible experiences with other dentists. Then Ann called me after submitting an inquiry I felt like for the first time in my life I found a compassionate understanding dentist. From my first appointment to my most recent I was so comfortable and so well taken care of I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. The rv is clean and very nice! Dr Garcia is so gentle and so good at his job im never in the chair longer than necessary. He always explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions. Britton, Kendon, and Chris are the absolute best assistants in the world! They are always so wonderful and patient taking me to the bus and they are so great at keeping me comfortable while the dr is working and are very good at every procedure they assist with. I've had a crown, multiple filings, and even deep cleaning done so I can tell you from experience they are the best at everything they do! Even Shanice in billing was so great at communicating with me and my insurance company I was never confused by any bill and she always made it so effortless for me. Not to mention they saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other dentists I went to. Kelly Jo is also wonderful about keeping me updated on all future appointments and making sure I have everything I need. Ann always checks in with me after every appointment and I always feel like I can literally call them for anything I need and they are never hard to reach. I have recommended them to absolutely everyone I know and if you're even considering using them what's better then the best dental staff ever coming to your home?! They have literally changed my life and I am so thankful that they care so much about helping people they have this amazing mobile dentist office. I genuinely look forward to my next appointment and hope anyone reading this gives them a call. You won't be disappointed with this amazing staff! Thank you all so much! Cassandra & Mom! read more

This place is amazing! They are so responsive and answer their phones if you have any questions or concerns. They take the time to explain treatment and costs for you and your loved ones. They take care of many elderly and memory care patients which is not easy to do, but they do it with ease. The office staff are so sweet and informative. They really care and are very transparent with how they work. The Dentists, assistants and staff in the mobile unit are fantastic! The convenience of being seen at my work was so helpful. This is such an innovative idea and I'm so happy I got to use their service. I'll be keeping them in mind for all my elderly friends and family who live in assisted living homes as well. read more

I can't speak to quality of service, but reaching these people live and scheduling appoints is a real challenge. My mother is in an assisted care facility. It's marvelous that they are mobile and there shoddy vintage RV appears to serve the purpose well. It's kind of like the Breaking Bad RV. read more

What a wonderful service. My almost 99 year old mother is bedbound and needed to have her teeth looked at. The dentist and his staff were extraordinary. Very caring, intelligent and didn't push us to purchase anything. I highly recommend them. read more

Special thank you to Dr. Greg Piper and his staff that comes and takes care of my mom. I appreciate his calm personality and caring approach. He communicates with me every step of the way and recognizes her condition and approach needed for her care!!! And he know she loves music.. When we have our appt, he is right there playing Frank Sinatra and 40s music to help ensure her visit is the best for her. Thank you Dr. Piper and everyone at Mobile Dentistry of Az! read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ...took way to long from start to finish in getting a full set for my mother. Didn't keep to there dates, would say a week but then a week would pass and I'd have to call them to follow up...and now my mom finally has her dentures she's been having problems when them, so we've called 3 times to get an appointment to get the adjusted and haven't received any call backs. read more

The business plan of mobile dentistry is a fantastic idea. What this company does for people with disabilities, dementia, or restricted to a facility or home bound is important to society. The dentists within this organization are fantastic, as we do use one of them as our family dentist. This individual is impeccable and the type of person that is the face of a company such as MDOA. The owner, Ann Ross is another story - We have been requesting one piece of paperwork from her for approximately six weeks. She comes up with excuse after excuse and now refuses to supply this one piece of paperwork. Simply said, do the right thing. Sad that Ms. Ross acts in this manner, when it is a simple request. read more

I'd give this business less that 1 star if possible. My mom is in a memory care facility and began having tooth pain. This business was called several times before finally calling back. Fortunately my mom was placed on antibiotics to tide her over by the nurse practitioner at her facility. They promised be there on Monday, never showed. Message left again, finally showed up Tuesday. Pulled the tooth and needed to take her partial to redo it. The dentist was very nice and explained the situation and plan well. Said she would be without the partial for a week. 2 weeks later the leaving messages began with no call backs. Finally dropped them off and now they need to be checked as she's having pain and difficulty eating. Many more messages left with guess what? No call back. The frustration felt by myself and the nurses is off the charts. This business cares nothing for patients or providing excellent medical care. Steer clear of them!!! read more

This by far is the hardest review I have ever done. I can't even give them one star. In February of 2020 we ordered new teeth for our elderly mother in a nursing home. They measured her mouth. Covid hit a month later. Over 11 months the nursing home, my sister, and I did all we could to reach Mobile dentistry to no avail. Sophia from Mobile Denistry finally called back with no info. Ann Ross, owner never called us back. The girl in the nursing home did all she could to find out where on earth the teeth were. Our mom was on a soft diet until her death on January 1st 2021.We could never bring her favorite foods due to the chewing. ELEVEN MONTHS! And guess what? THEY NEVER ARRIVED. No excuses. No call backs. All I can do is post reviews and file complaints. What a pitifully unfit company. If you need dentures for yourself or a loved one don't call them. I'm doing you a big favor! No idea why I was made to give them one star. read more

Regrettably, I have to add my dissatisfaction with this business along with many of the others here. After paying the initial bill for services rendered but not being totally on board to the extreme measures proposed for my very elderly parent and requesting some alternate treatment plans be proposed so we could compare all costs for consideration, neither I nor assisted care facility have been able to get in touch with the clinic for follow up. I'm leaving two stars mainly in good faith that our calls will be returned but that's being optimistic at best based on other reviews. read more

Mobile Dentistry of Arizona is the WORST RUN ORGANIZATION I have ever encountered. Let me count the ways: 1. I had to submit their New Patient form TWICE because they lost the first one. 2. Both times I submitted it, they promised they'd contact me within a week to set up an appointment for my 98 year-old mother. NEVER HAPPENED! 3. So I called them NUMEROUS times, almost always having to leave a message. Their outgoing message promised they'd contact me within 24 hours. NEVER HAPPENED! 4. The one time a real person answered the phone, Stephanie told me that one of their dentists would be coming up to Prescott in a few of weeks, and she would call me the week before to set up an appointment. NEVER HAPPENED! 5. I called several times after that, always having to leave a message. I pleaded with them to please call me back to set up an appointment. NEVER HAPPENED! 6. When you get their voicemail system, before you can leave a message you have to listen to a 3 minute spiel about how wonderful they are. YEAH, RIGHT! read more

I really thought this was going to be the answer to prayers. We had a different mobile dentist give us a huge estimate to fix my 90 year old mother's partial and pull some teeth. Mobile Dentistry came in at less than half of that. They created a new partial and it wouldn't stay in. We kept calling, they kept coming out and saying that they fixed it but it still came out. I got a call that said the care facility wasn't supposed to brush or clean her teeth for 48 hours. No one told that to us or facility. Then the dentist said the partial was not made by same lab as usual so they were going to make a new one. She has been without teeth for several weeks. They called to say they needed to schedule and they would do that with the facility. Now I hear that they were waiting for me to approve. They never made that clear or called back. Just an obscure message on my voicemail. They haven't answered the phones and finally left another message (from "Restricted") that they were off next week and it would be the week after. No way! This poor lady has been eating (jawing) her soft food because they can't call back? I'm with the other reviewers and would not use this crew for anything other than maybe cleaning. Tom K is right, taking her with wheelchair is so hard but the facility had them on the approved list. Seeing red now! Treating elderly patients should not be a mystery! I let them have it (voicemail) and this is the result of that message. Update: Sophia contacted me to try to improve the situation. She said she would add some training to the team and take Mom's upper to her as soon as she can and before the holiday. We'll see how well they come through. I added a star. read more

Update to my previous review: Since my review we have taken my father to a reputable geriatric dentist. He thoroughly examined my father's teeth and recommended one filling and a realignment of his partial denture. Total cost: $600.00. That is 10% of what Mobile Dentistry of Arizona recommended in December! Further evidence that these guys are so crooked you can't tell from their tracks whether they're coming or going. read more

My Mom lived in an Assisted Living Facility - and thought this would be good for her so she didn't have to leave the facility. WRONG on SO many levels. Mom had work done, she paid the total amount due $110.00, got a receipt with a zero balance, and now they are saying she owes an additional $250, with no indication that any further payments were due. They have no signature of Mom's, stating she owed any more money - that I just have to take their word that services were done. They sent over some kind of x-rays - how do I even know they are Mom's? They WILL NOT be getting any more money from us - unless I find any other paperwork with Mom's signature on it. BEWARE!!!! read more

Had a great time being taken care of at mobile dentistry. The dentist was incredibly nice and went about his process in a timely manner.

My elderly mom has received excellent care from the staff at MDA since 2012. I consistently see how kind, caring, professional, and compassionate they are towards her. Mom has severe dementia which makes it difficult for her to communicate. She experienced a dental emergency this past week causing her extreme pain and anxiety. As soon as I called Ann Ross on Wednesday evening, after hours, she went into action. She kept in contact with me over the next two days, and was available when I called her. A care plan was created and my mom was started on medication, followed by an appointment on Friday to resolve the problem. I sincerely thank everyone at MDA who has been involved in my mom's care, especially this week: Dr. Abraham, Ann, Aurelia, Candice, Gina, and Michelle, I am very grateful for all that you do for my mom! read more

I don't know about all the extra "recommendations" they have given in treatment plans but I find this service to be top notch in quality of care and efficient in their response. they fill a gap that is needed in situations where the patient cant get out to see the dentist, I have used them 5 times in replacement of partials and full dentures and have never had a problem with them. read more

Mobile Dentistry of Arizona is a great local company who provides a valuable service to the community and those that cannot go to the dentist to get the care they need. They have friendly and professional staff who are always willing to help. read more

I would think twice, a little shady to say the least. My mom who is 91 is in a care center an confined to a wheel chair so I thought what a convenience to have a dentist come to them. The first visit came off with out a hitch everything was fine, but upon the second visit just 4 months later suddenly they wanted to do 5K worth of work. Never did they explain that they were out of network which was a large part of the price but on top of that a lot of it didn't need to be done. it is very much taking advantage of the elderly an the situation, you are very vulnerable because you have an elderly patient confined to a wheelchair an its not easy to get them to a regular dentist an they try an make you believe it needs to be done right away. Shame on them !!! I do see a need for the service but they need more disclosures upfront an definitely seek additional opinion. I will not be using them anymore. read more
